Olde Florintown Park

Olde Florintown Park is located in the small town of Florin California. Back in the early 1940's , Florin had the largest Nikkei agricultural settlement in California and was known as the "Strawberry Capital of the world."The park is quite large and offers so many choices of activities to local residence. For starters they have 2 lighted baseball/softball diamonds, 2 lighted soccer fields, a lighted full court basketball court, covered picnic area with BBQ's, open space area for multi-purpose use, play area for younger children as well as on for older children. They even have a lighted parking lot.The only thing I didn't like about the park was the location. The park is not in an residential area but more of an industrial area, with business all around. But , if you happen to be driving by the town of Florin, don't forget to check out Olde Florintown Park !
