Awesome service! Flowers were perfect! better than expected! I got this cheery bouquet for my Mom for her Birthday!I chose the Happy face bouquet with the mug, she's a coffee drinker and will use the mug. I think it's a more practical gift than a bouquet with a vase.Thanks again!

I walked into the shop and I was greeted by a nice lady named Mary. There was some arrangements already done to choose from, but she was able to work with any budget. I told her what I was willing to spend, and she was able to make a beautiful arrangement in 10 minutes.

Ordered from 1800flowers.com for a long time friend's birthday. Special occasion. Delivery went well but the bouquet was lacking the blue flowers. (Even a lavender color would have been okay.) Not sure why daisies couldn't be included - they are abundant here. Not sure why the sloppy straw tie and in the vertical position. Overall, this bouquet looks rushed and lacking. I don't expect it to look exactly like the photo but I did order the large - they should have at least got the colors correct and not added so much 'filler'. I am looking at the reviews and even some of the 1 star photos of this same bouquet are nicer than what my recipient received. This floral shop looks to be a hit or miss. I notified 1800flowers to look more closely at using this shop again.

Paid well over $90 for a bouquet I saw and received a bouquet that doesn't in any way look like the picture. Came to my house looking slapped together. Some of the leaves were dangling to the off to the side and hanging out of the vase. Have tried to contact customer service but no response. This was supposed to be a gift for my sister. Very disappointed, I don't recommend at all. Very unprofessional.0/10

Arrangements do not come out like there pictures. Beware and they make excuses for there work saying it looks good when clearly nothing like the picture . This is what it looked like and they gave me carnations and didn't tell me about hydrangeas not going in. They said I could have called and told them to fix it but it was after hours how would I do that.not worth the price of over $200 with 12 roses and a few carnations .

I ordered the flower with a specific time and it was very important for me and they told me they gonna deliver after when I called them they're saying they deliver it but they don't know if the person picked the flowers up if I want to get follow up, I have to call in 15 minutes after calling They told me that the delivery person heading out to deliver the flowers and they've been lying to me and then when I talk to them about the situation they told me I can cancel and they're not gonna deliver the flowers

I ordered a bouquet; they changed the date of delivery and what they got was frankly embarrassing. They look like they were picked from someone's yard without any intent of making the bouquet look decent. I will not be using them again and I will definitely let anyone I know not to use them since the flowers look old, wilted, pale, and just not pretty at all with the dollar tree cheap vase they put it in.

Upon talking to them on the phone, there was really rude and miss coordinated about my delivery. It really hurts me because I spent money and gave them specific orders. When I talk to them. They just canceled my order and never pick up the phone again.

OK Flowers did the floral displays for my mother's funeral. The prices were reasonable and they were willing to make adjustments for the flowers I wanted in the arrangements. They called me the night before to double check on things. The day of the funeral they arrived on time and set the flowers up on display. I am very satisfied with Ok Flowers service, selection, and value.

they didn't deliver my order by canceling it, and when I talk with the representative, the person was very intoxicated and coordinated and talking weirdly to me and unfortunately they canceled my order and never pick up the phone back again
