I used to come here as a kid. I remember being there for the inaugural opening in the early 90s. A few weeks ago I brought my 3 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it. We have a park in our neighborhood but it's the same cookie cutter plastic and metal one you can get anywhere. It's fun to come here and see some creativity in the construction of it. The best part? It's exactly the same as I remember it 30 years ago, only it does seem a lot smaller...It's fairly well taken care of. There was a cool feral cat that was really friendly. The bathrooms are a little gross... but you can't expect much from a public park in that department.

Beautiful little park in Oakdale, great great play structure, it has multiple swingsets and a bathroom. This is a wonderful little neighborhood park. I will definitely be coming back and letting my children play here

This park has came along way over the last couple years. It used to be ran down, falling apart, and full of transients. The City of Oakdale has really stepped up and reclaimed this park for the children of Oakdale. I am truly impressed with it now. It's a fairly large area with lots to do. It has a wooden play area complete with tunnels, slides, monkey bars, climbing ropes, bells and more. It also has a separate area with different age levels of swings. Bringing your kids here will give you at least an hour of them occupied and having a great time. That innocent I'm a kid type of fun they really deserve but don't get enough of in todays entirely too digital society. There are many different ways for them to occupy their different senses and learn new skills and confidence.
