O'Brien's Market

This is the best O'Briens Market YET! The salad bar is amazing the staff are nice and helpful. The selection of drinks and meats and also cheese is fantastic. The ambiance is nice it's kinda out dated but adds the nice old style to it. Over all the Market is outstanding. p.s when you leave be careful they don't have stop signs where there should be stop sign.

We really like go to the O'Briens Market on Dale Road. Really good food and friendly staff. It is a nice treat to get a freshly made sandwich made the way you want. Today we each ordered a Custom Sandwich. My wife ordered the O'Brien Roast Beef sandwich with rare roast beef. It was made to perfection along with my Turkey sandwich. I had a slight issue with their mobile app and logged a question and I was surprised that they answered my question and resolved my question super quick (within an hour or so). Great Service - Great Food - Great Store!!

O'Brien's Market is our absolute favorite. We drive from Manteca to Modesto to shop at the Dale Rd. location. Excellent products and services. The cheese department and butcher can't be beat. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly service. Not the broadest selection of produce, but absolutely the best quality. Love this place.

I am, a avid O'Brien's shopper.... I always experience nothing but 5 service, especially from Chandra!!!!! I love her. I am sad she moved to this location on Dale rd. I was in the area and stopped at this location, I normally shop at the roseburg location. Since it's around the corner from my home. PLEASE COME BACK TO THE ROSEBURG LOCATION CHANDRA. lol her personality and work performance is always up to par! I love both locations.Always clean, friendly and food is constantly fresh.

I found O'Brien's Market by accident browsing on Instacart. I thought I'd come check it out since I was headed out to Modesto. Wow! I was surprised to see that this is like Whole Foods, but so much better! That have a great selection of gourmet cheese and cured meat to build an amazing charcuterie board. They also carry Torres Black Truffle chips! 5 stars just for that!

I ordered my Thanksgiving dinner from O'Briens and it absolutely was perfect. Very well put together. I'll be getting my Christmas dinner from O'Brien's.

This is a beautiful store! The deli sandwiches are the best in town. They are very generous, freshly made, and very tasty. Im so glad this store door dashes!

First off I grew up on O'Brien's as a kid when they were on Orangeburg Ave one store. Yesterday I went to Dale Rd to pickup a few things, Yes Mothers Day Weekend. The deli was completely out of many, not one but many salads and pastas. I picked up four eram sandwiches Brought them home and there was (2 )pieces of meat and each roll. The rest was all spinach @ $20.00 each. Called the store deli in which they didn't seem to care . ITS HOW THEY DO IT NOW ..Talk about an overpriced sandwich of all spinach

There was a day I would have given this store 5 stars. It has gone down hill fast. I've been shopping here for over 20 years. Love their meat and cheeses. Customer service deserves -5 stars. Cashiers are no longer friendly. Can't even stop their personal conversation long enough to ask if you need anything else. They won't let you bring the carts out- or offer to get you one as they bag 6 bags including milk. They simply sit there chatting with one another watching you leave toting all of your bags yourself. You would think since they are the highest priced store around they would have a shred of customer service to go along with it.

Great store. And they are hanging on to serve their community as the only small local grocer left. Everything else is big box stores and corporate America. The food options are great, the produce is good and mostly local, and the deli makes great sandwiches that are still cheaper than most places. Support local!
