Northgate Manor

The atmosphere in the complex is very mellow, very quiet. Everyone seems respectful & minds their own business & leave your things alone. The grounds are well-maintained and clean. Never have a problem with visitor parking either. Often times there are children out & about playing but they don't seem to get out of hand. Evenings are very quiet, as well. The pool is open during the spring time and is also well-kept!

Manager super unprofessional and definitely lacks communication skills . I wouldn't recommend doing business at this apartment complex . I drove from two hours away for the manager to tell me the vacant was rented after she clearly knew I was coming at three like she requested . It takes one simple thing open communication .
