North Mchenry RV Storage

The owner apparently deeply cares about our needs and was very accommodating to me personally.

My wife and I bought a travel trailer a little over a month ago. We found out quickly that there are no spaces for RV storage anywhere. We live in Manteca and couldn't find an open spot anywhere. The best we could do was to be put on a waiting list. Stumbled onto an advertisement for North McHenry RV Storage. I contacted the and was told they had space. Upon arriving at this location I was quickly impressed. Security cameras everywhere. And at night this place is very well lit up. They also have a security guard that patrols the property at night. We were paying $95 a month for RV storage. Which I felt was a great deal with all that they do to protect your RV. Within a month we received a phone call from an RV storage facility in Manteca. Being residence of Manteca we wanted to move our RV closer so that we had better accessibility to it. Our choice in moving it has nothing to do with McHenry RV storage being a bad facility. As I stated we simply wanted it closer. I moved our RV out on the first of the month. I informed the owner of this facility that I have moved out and returned my gate key. The owner assured me that they would return the deposit and also return what was electronically took in from our bank account as for the next months rent. We haven't fact then return the deposit for the gate key but have yet to see rent payment for the next month that was electronically withdrawn returned to us. I've called his facility and have heard every excuse of why they can't return the payment for the following month that we won't be using.I feel that this particular RV storage is a secure location for someone looking to store their RV. A very nice facility. But I'm really disappointed that there is such a dilemma and returning some money.
