NorCal Paintball Store and Ballistic Ben's Paintball Park in Fairfield, CA are worth checking out! Ben, Bobbi and their crew are very welcoming and helpful, both at the store and at the field. They've created a family centered atmosphere amongst their staff and many loyal players which my son and I truly enjoyed from day one. Their prices are fair and they have enough gear inventory for beginner and seasoned paintball players. Ballistic Ben's "Game o Games" event is also something truly remarkable and memorable. I won't write what happens because I think it's best that you experience it yourself. Yes, getting shot with paintball does cause bruises, but the excitement and competition makes it an awesome experience. My son and I look forward to Saturdays at Ballistic Ben's, and we'll bring more family and friends to enjoy and share the thrill of paintball.

I was excited to go and check out this store being my first time there. Things seemed OK at first I was dealing with a gentleman with a beard he was very nice. Then another worker showed up I asked a question regarding a barrel set and he completely overreacted when I asked if the kit was new or used. I asked if it was new or used because I did not realize Freak made a XXL kit, and I thought it was just an old or used kit because older kits had the longer sleeves versus now a lot of companies are switching to smaller ones. Anyways I didn't have the chance to explain myself before the gentleman that walked in overreacted to my question thinking I was calling his product used or old. He misunderstood me and fired first ask questions later. This Will be the First and last time I ever step foot in this establishment. Had that guy never Showed up things would've been great, and if he was the owner well I now see and understand Things very clearly. If the guy With the beard is the owner of the nine invite him to contact me and fix this until then I'll be telling my paintball community about my experience here and to avoid it like the plague.

I am very impressed with how Bobbi, Ben, Jake and AL treat me with great customer service....special order items ordered for me by them makes certain items not available, there for me in days! I might hang out at the store too much...but Sarah(store cat) doesn't mind.Paintball was everything to me since 1988....stopped in 2010....Norcal paintball brought me back!Paintball players, stores, fields manufacturers keep it going...I will.Thank you Norcal Paintball.Everyone stop by and buy something for the support of this awesome game!

Nice store, and the owner and employees are very friendly. I came from San Diego and they were welcoming and helped me find everything I needed. Can't for get about the sweet cat Sarah! She's the shop cat who makes your experience even better. Thanks again guys!

This is hands down the best paintball store/repair shop in northern california. Tim is an excellent paintball marker repair and shop owner. Very honest and helpful in every aspect of the game. He has a passion for the game that is really rare and I hope people come out and support this kind of business. -I have received 2 repairs at a very little cost and was educated on what was wrong with my paintball marker. -The paintball prices are good and high quality ones. I have went through a couple cases and noticed the difference in performance from the case I bought at Santa Clara Paintball field and the one I purchased at NorCaL Paintball - This is much better. Less breakage, pops on impact, etc. I got the mid-grade stuff. -He sells gear and if you need an upgrade on your marker he can order one for you instead of dealing with the net. -He can chrono, fill your tank up, and teach you a thing or two about your marker.-Easy parking, Great Convenience off of Highway-80.

First time here a couple weeks ago and I have to say it's a great shop! I brought my marq here because it was stuck on ramp mode. Tim was able to quickly fix the problem. Had my gun up and running with no problems! Tim is a great guy. He's extremely knowledgable in paintball and doesn't give you the runaround. The shop itself is pretty stocked. They have a great selection on everything you need as a beginner or for veterans. One of the things I love most about NorCal paintball is that they have consignment items. It's hard enough trying to buy used stuff online especially markers. I ended up buying a used bob long closer that very day for a great price. I encourage everyone to stop by if you're in the area and check out their displays. I'm fortunate enough to live only 15 minute away. My business goes to folks who want more than a customer and NorCal paintball is that establishment! I hope my fellow yelpers find my review helpful. The manager of Norcal Paintball, Tim is one of the nicest guy you will ever meet. He is well known in many paintball communities and local paintball fields across California. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for paintball merchandise or repair service to pay him a visit. You will not be disappointed!

Great store with a lot of products to chose from. Anything you need will be here.Keep local paintball alive and buy local. They always have great paint and amazing prices! Keep it up guys.

Been shopping here a few months, and have been very happy with the experience- not only for the service they've provided me, but also for what I've seen them provide to others. Good prices, good selection. I see no need to wander into any other shop.
