We had heard about this establishment and we decided to try it tonight. We actually did take out. My wife and daughter stopped by to place our to go order. The restaurant has both tables inside and on their patio. They don't have a large menu but there are plenty of choices. I sum it up as "offer what you feel good and confident serving to your customers". We had 3 different ravioli dishes (Red sauce, Mushroom and Pesto). All were really good. Great flavors, nice size serving (for sure). There dishes are served with a salad and a piece of Garlic Bread. VERY NICE MEAL.We will definitely be back!!!

I was definitely sad to see the restaurant close that used to be at this location, but was intrigued to see that an Italian spot opened up, as it feels Manteca has generally been lacking in that area.I came in and sat at the bar to order to go. Service was friendly. They were out of a couple of the wines on the menu and seemed to have more available that weren't on menu, so be sure to peek on the back counter to see what they actually have. For dinner I ordered the Mangia, Mangia plate, which included chicken parm, pasta and a salad. I also ordered a half order of the baked Mac & cheese with jalapeno. The chicken parm, I liked the seasoning, but the chicken was a touch on the dryer side for my liking. Chicken parm, however, isn't a dish I frequent, so perhaps it's supposed to be more that way since it's pounded to be a thinner cut.I like that the garlic bread was soft, but I was looking for it to pack more flavor. I dipped it through my remaining pesto sauce instead. The pesto pasta was creamy but I'd consider it to be pretty on par with other options in the area. The half size of Mac and cheese was a generous portion. It was topped with ham, jalapeno and what looked almost like French fry bits (I think maybe bread crumbs?) I think this is something I'd order again, but definitely wouldn't go any bigger than the half size. I barely finished half of that as it was! (I ate half of everything since I ordered bigger than I was actually having tummy room for.)I'd like to come back and try the ravioli. All in all I'd say a good spot to checkout that's on par with other area options, but a more limited menu. (Limited only in comparison to other Italian places.)I'd go more 3.5 than 3. (Yelp really should consider that update...)

NOTE: Use Yelp or other app for directions! Google maps provides poor routing. We were searching for an Italian place in Manteca and Noni Vita came up with great reviews so we stopped in for dinner. We ordered the traditional ravioli - which was terrific. Pasta is hand-made and so not too thick allowing for more delicious stuffing. The sauce reminded me of my Nonna's! A salad (house made dressing is great!) and bread came with the entree. Yum yum! The other entree was the chicken pesto sandwich and that was also excellent. We loved the ravioli's so much we ordered a 'side' of mushroom ravioli which were also terrific. We enjoyed both of these entrees with a glass of Italian beer and a couple glasses of a good California wine. Outstanding! We also decided to add another order of fresh ravioli to cook at home. GO GO GO!!!

So we went out to eat at a new place...at least new to us lol. Noni Vita Ravioli Company, the food was amazing, I got the Mushroom Ravioli, with the chicken parm, Rob W had the Spaghetti with Italian sausage, then we wanted to try the Traditional Ravioli so we got an order of that. The Ravioli it homemade recipe past down I think I she said 3 or 4 generations. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and delicious, the Traditional meat sauce was a amazing as well. The whole meal was like a flavor explosion in your mouth. The portion sizes where nice, the atmosphere was nice. Our server was great. Definitely going back soon. And going to enjoy my leftovers as well lol

My husband and I tried this on a late Saturday afternoon. Quite cozy inside with a cute small outside as well. It is in the middle of an industrial area but maybe itll keep it a local secret. Pictures don't do the food justice. We ordered the sangria. It was light and refreshing. My husband got the meatball sub. It was very filling. I'm not a meatball fan but they were absolutely delicious. He got fries as the side and they were crispy and flavorful. I ordered the mushroom ravioli with garlic cream sauce. They tasted amazing and the sauce was yummy with the perfect amount of garlic. I would say some of them were a tad soft (too cooked) but the dish size was more than plenty. I hate places that make 4-5 large raviolis and that's the dish- this was the complete opposite. Small perfect bite size raviolis packed with flavor. The house salad was fresh and plain but I wouldn't say nothing bad about it. Overall loved our food and service. Will definitely go again Service was friendly.

What a delightful addition to Manteca! Our first visit there was so romantic, perfect for date night. We ate on the patio. They had 3 fireplaces glowing. What a great atmosphere! Our waitress, Jen, was super. Very friendly, efficient, and prompt. She was very helpful with the drinks menu. We ordered the ravioli and the spicy penne pasta. Both came with a good size salad and a generous portion of bread. We enjoyed both entrees and had some to take home! We will definitely return!

We were happy to get to try this place out! We saw them getting things ready and were happy to see a new restaurant was opening in town. The inside is small, but they've done a cute job of redoing and updating it. We were here on a VERY hot day, but outside seating looks like it would be available and nice otherwise. It was great that both our entrees came with a salad, but after having the house salad I wish I would've gone with the Caesar. The house salad was only spinach, red onions and crumbled cheese with dressing-- nothing really interesting and plain. They've kept their food truck roots alive by serving entrees in plastic baskets! We ordered the Classic Ravioli with meat sauce and Chicken Artichoke sandwich. Both were great! The portions initially seemed on the small side, but we were both more than full after finishing. We will be back to try other things!

First time stopping in. Great little restaurant in a very out of the way location (industrial area). Grabbed some raviolis to go. Great service, outstanding food! Restaurant has a small dining room, some outside tables and a quaint little bar area. Beer, wine and sangria along with some really good raviolis. Stop in and give them a try!!

Cute outdoor seating area unfortunately it was packed so we were forced to eat inside. Inside isn't bad but the outside eating area is a whole vibe in and of itself! Hopefully we can experience it next time. Service was awesome, very personable. Our waitress was a longtime friend of the family and she explained how mostly everyone except her and the chef are related. The food is very delicious. The menu is limited and the portions are on the smaller side. It is enough food to fill you up but you won't leave feeling stuffed nor are you going to need a to go box as it is easy to eat it all right there. The portobello mushroom raviolis with Alfredo were the best! 10/10. The cheese raviolis with the creamy pesto sauce came in a close second place at 9/10. The meat sauce and meat raviolis were good but not near as impressive as the others....7/10. Chicken artichoke sandwich was delicious and unique 9/10. The steak sandwiches were good but more of an average sandwich 7.5 out of 10. The meatballs were good but not worth the price as I could eat in one large bite or two normal bites. Flavor was good though, the sauce was not cooked into the meatballs at all and the sauce was average. Overall 6 out of ten. Easily could be a 8 or 9 if they doubled the size and not the price. Maybe double the size but charge only a dollar more and I would still raise them up to a 8 or 9. This is a very small family and close family friends run business. It is a local business that started out in a food truck. They definitely deserve your patronage and support!
