I would not give it a one star rating. The owner of this company David does not stand behind the service and mistakes that they make when writing up your invoice. If they do the wrong thing it is your fault since you signed the paperwork. Wrong wheels installed in Merced and David refused to show me the video of my transaction. Sent me 5 minute video and told me he would see me in court. I asked to watch the entire video when I was there. He refused to let me come and watch the entire video. I asked for sound and there was none on the video. I showed Conner the wheels I wanted and he said he could get them. They put wrong one on invoice. Conner and David said I should have gone home and looked up what was ordered on the internet. No item numbers on invoice just description. I assumed they ordered the correct wheels. Don't go here they do not honor their work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK

I bought a cover for my Honda Ridgeline and they did an great job. Best of all they stand behind their products and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business.

Had some issues with a retrax bed cover. A buddy recommended that I go see them. Eric took care of me and fixed the issues in a few minutes . I would recommend Noble Motorsports to anyone. Thank you and I will be seeing you guys again soon.

Went to purchase a truck cap... was the most unpleasant experience of my adult life.picked out a cap I wanted, waited 5 weeks for delivery. I showed up at the time of the appt and talked to Randy [ who was at lunch and was told I would have to wait until he finished ...fair] then I asked to see the cap and was told NO he would have to show it after lunch, okay.. after his lunch I walked out back with him to find my cap on the dirt under trees that where dropping stuff on top of my brand new cap, it was absolutely filthy! asked him if he could pull it out so i could see it and again he said NO I would get a chance to see it when they put it on. I did notice what appeared to be a crack on the top of the shell and when i went to check it out it turned out to be a spider web. on seeing this Randy said oh no it came without a scratch, we checked it. so I went for a walk. got a call about an hour later saying to come back and check it out. there was soooo much wrong with the cap, chips in the paint, scratches on the top, and just shitty quality. I asked Randy i thought you told me you had checked it when it got to you guys. he really didn't have an answer to that so I sent it back. after a six week wait i called the Manufacturer and was told they had already shipped the repaired one out and RANDY rejected it. not one call to me first. Just flat out said NO his fav word. I have A lot of issues with the cap Mfg. but this place has NO customer service. I did talk to the owner David, who assured me he was the customer service king and would fix this and make sure that the next one they sent was good... to bad Randy NO got to it first, I would have loved to see it. Had a bed liner placed by Noble. Drop in bed liner developed a crack. Even though this liner had a lifetime warranty, they refused any help of solving the proplem

Came here with some leaf springs off of a 06 Silverado 2500hd to put on my 02 Silverado 1500 base model because my leaf springs were shot. The guys were fully transparent and walked me through the pros and possible cons of gaining the correct but potentially gaining excessive height or to much of a rough ride. I truly appreciated the feedback and continued to sign off on the job. Within 10min of dropping the keys off in the morning my truck was already in the air with the wheels off and two guy's already talking and examining the job at hand. My truck was done by lunchtime, so very fast & efficient. I'm missing a pull rope for my roll n lock bed cover when asked if I can purchase one, they gave me one on the house instead. They also brought to my attention that my trailer hitch was missing two bolts and they took the liberty of installing new bolts free of charge to make sure me and my family are safe. That alone was truly appreciated because I been hauling trailers a lot this past year. My invoice was fair and with the service from start to finish and the little extra things they did for me made my experience here worth every single dollar spent here. Im happy with the height gained because it gives my truck a nice stance that I really like, being my front end is lowered 2inches. And as far as ride it feels a bit tighter but if anything it feels better in my opinion because the old leaf springs felt bouncy and unsafe. So overall I'm extremely happy I made this choice to do a little upgrade to my truck and do business here. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
