Nirvaana Banquet & Event Center

Tonight we were at a wedding reception at Nirvaana Banquet Hall. I just called and spoke to an extremely rude lady. Around 10 pm, I called 3 times. Hung up 1st time prematurely (dad was still in midst of searching), called again to leave message and 3rd time to leave message disregarding the message as the wallet was located. She was rude that I had called "so late" and 3 or 4 times in a row. I explained my situation and told her I wasn't trying to bother her, but I was calling her business line and not personal contact or residence. She continued to be rude. Told her to expect reviews online. She wouldn't give me her name, even after several requests. Instead she hung up. By no means will this business receive our consideration and I will let others know as well.This is very unprofessional and I will make sure to follow through with online / social media reviews to warn others.

This place here is a hidden gem!The owner is all about Our Tracy Community and she is always so accommodating. Her banquet hall is very spacious and it has everything needed to host any size event. It is the most clean, fully functional and upscale hall around.Chamber of Commerce events, conferences, kick off parties and private events have been held here without an issue. Definitely a hall and proud owner that deserves respect above all. I fully recommend it!

Terrible service. Manager was not very accommodating and took advantage of our situation.Please avoid this place at all cost. AND I agree with all of 1-Star reviews.

Lots of space lots of parking and very big kitchen right off the 205 in Tracy formerly Tracy outlets

Went to a wedding of 600 people and the AC wasn't working during a heat wave, and no mitigations were provided. (The owner should have brought in portable AC units). Bride almost passed out from the heat and guests left early. A wedding celebration was nearly ruined because of poor management and lack of effort from the owner. The Site and owner are not equipped to host a large party. Don't bother with this place. Booo!

Do yourself a favor and never book this hall. Listen to the other reviews. They will not turn the AC on and nor does it work, your guests and entire family will be grasping for air and running around looking for water which they'll never refill. Cockroaches inside the hall. Napkins, cups, utensils ran out. Food wasn't refilled we had to ask them multiple times. Owner Happy is extremely rude and has no idea what he's doing. If you want to lose your money and have your guests leave early then choose this place. It was embarrassing. Never again, and everyone who attended will never book this place either.

Worst experience ever! The AC wasn't working and everyone was sweating so much. There were only a couple fans but they didn't help at all! It was so hot that the experience was ruined. We didn't even want to dance on the dance floor anymore because of how hot it was. Never had such a bad experience with any hall. I will never come here again or suggest it to anyone. We paid a lot of money for it as well!

Very bad customer service! And worst food? Employee have no manners to talk to client. Don't do party in this hall !

AVOID THIS HALL AT ALL COST! Where is the option for ZERO stars? This is my first and only bad yelp review ever....I had my wedding reception booked at this hall, and it was the worst decision I've ever made. The reception was held on one of the hottest nights of the year. As a matter a fact, I was told it was a record-breaking high for Tracy that day. The AC was broken, and management offered nothing to remedy the problem. We called the manager, left her voice messages and texts. We even knew people who knew her and called her directly to request for her attention to fix it. My flowers, dessert and cake wilted or melted. It was horrifying to walk into this on the evening of my wedding reception. I am so traumatized from this experience and I still have nightmares. Management did not work well with my vendors, and made getting things done unnecessarily complicated. When my coordinator arrived - there were no garbage cans or attendees (even though management verbally told my coordinator that she would have one come) in the bathroom. There were even dead roaches on the floor. My poor coordinator had to sweep this mess up herself. The security they hired was a joke. The head security person was rude, obnoxious, and started trouble with my guests. He kept taking pictures when asked not to take them. At some point, I saw photos posted on a facebook page without my consent or my guests. Even his security staff didn't respect him. If you do decide to book with this venue, make sure you have everything written out to the "t" on your contract. Management will always try to verbally discuss things over the phone or in person but make her put it in writing and include it in your final contract. Get a lawyer to review! Be sure to outline that AC must be provided and in the event that it goes down, they must remedy the issue. Bathrooms should have an attendee with garbage cans. Hire your own security!!!! I can't stress enough, everything you discuss with her, PUT IT IN WRITING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HALL TO ANYONE.

Jass is extremely rude. It's a beautiful venue however the management/owner needs to check her attitude.
