Dude ripped me off $380.00 do not do business here!! My washer was having problems and he said would be able to fix it.. it's been 2 months and the washer is having the same error code and not working again.. Never again will I do business here again

We bought a used set of a Samsung washer & dryer from them. We had to have them come pick up the dryer twice to repair issues & that was in the first two weeks after purchase. (They give you a 30 day warranty. No refunds. Only repairs or exchanges) When the dryer came back after being "repaired" it started making noises that sounded like metal grinding & a car screeching. This was three weeks after purchase. None of our calls were answered or returned. We waited a week to try to reach them again but still no contact could be made. Then the fourth week came, our washer started leaking. It was no longer usable as it had flooded our laundry room & into our kitchen. We called both the Stockton & Lodi number that were on our receipt but still they were unreachable. We had to replace the washer with a new one & will soon replace the dryer. Don't even bother with this business since they can't be bothered by their customers.
