I just moved here a few months ago. I absolutely love living here. The manager Caitlyn is very courteous and professional. Caitlyn made the application process easy and painless. She explained everything thoroughly and continues to go above and beyond. I was moved in within a week. I will definitely recommend living here to all my friends, coworkers, and relatives. I feel like I'm on vacation every day! The park is clean and well managed and maintained.

This is such a rare find and a great place to live. I'm a part timer but it feels like home. Super safe, great bar/food next door and very laid back. I love this place and the stuff is perfect

I was working in Northern California as a contractor. I put my 40 foot diesel pusher at their spot for about a year. Started off pretty good. Then the floods came, and the old managers moved out and went to greener pastures. That's when I realized the corporation that owns this place is nothing but slumlords. Electrical hazards, everywhere , A falling apart bulkhead along the river, and they are just not honest people. I put my notice in well in advance but never received my deposit back. Fortunately, the last year I spent in California I had a pretty darn good spot the owner of the local restaurant and bar found out what was going on and made me a great deal on a much better safer spot.

We moved in to the park/marina a couple of months ago. Tracy and Mike are amazing managers, they are responsive, keep the park clean, and manage a lot of marina traffic every day. We are greatful to have an amazing space where we can wake up each day to nice neighbors, and a gorgeous view. 5 stars!!

The new manager, Barbara, has made a drastic change. There are constant aesthetic improvements made which have made a positive impact. The owners of the property should follow the lead of the neighboring properties (Wimpys, Tower Park, etc) and invest in paving/ seal coating, palm trees, grass area, paint, repairs, etc. The property is in a great setting but some capital improvements would benefit the residents and the owners. The manager is always working on projects, even after hours. Providing another position for her would be beneficial; assistant or maintenance staff.I appreciate the newsletter being published as well as the events now being coordinated.Upgrades would allow for better conditions and curb appeal. Hopefully the hazards North of the property will be removed before damage happens to the boats moored and launching at New Hope.Keep up the great work Barbara!

We have lived here for 3 1/2 years. We have seen many changes in management. The current Manager Barbara works tirelessly to improve New Hope. She is friendly and is a hard worker. The real test came during our recent 2019 evacuation. Barbara kept us informed and along with Terry and others helped our little community evacuate to safety. Terry keeps New Hope tidy and clean. The bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen them. With recent improvements to Wimpys Marina, improvements like asphalt and fencing would upgrade New Hope.

I hadn't been their for a season, well it's that season again, and yeap went their today , nice to see some dock work happening at Wimpys. But , what used to be my Fav Dock ( new hope ) is not what it was.The Very Kind Lady ( Santa Cruz ) was the nickname i gave her . Was replaced by the Ice Queen, when i walked in the office to pay my $10 . The gal walked me out to the self-registration box ( which are to be used when the office is closed . Or so i was told by Santa Cruz ) but the Ice Queen, showed me how to self register and said " it's $15 now handed me a pen an envelope and my $10 . So , conform or be cast out !I'm outta Here ! For-Good ! Hope all is well with ya , Santa Cruz.

This is a shitty place to raise a family. They had a massive flood two years ago and when my power box wasn't working I found out that the "manager" was given the funds to hire a "professional" to fix the problem but instead of doing so she handed the job to about 5 side job bobs instead. Leaving my autistic 2 1/2 year old son and myself to fight for AC for 3/4 months in California 100° + weather. The day we "received" full power, my father, who was on the lease had to intervene. By the time the problem was "fixed" I chose to leave.I refuse to ever come back. This experience drove me into panic attacks and feeling like I was walking on broken glass when coming home wondering what power was on and when it "stopped" it was around 8-10pm. I was hooked up to my neighbors power, running both a 30 amp/50 amp on the same box. Let's not mention the numerous times the "neighbors" would listen to my phone calls from inside my trailer and proceed to call the sheriffs only to have them laugh and walk away. This place is a shit place to live. All I asked for was power as promised to run my ac for my son.Screw you NO HOPE LANDING.I would sue your ass but I'm busy. DOING WHAT IS RIGHT. Anyone willing to stay here long term. BEWARE FLOODS ARE A THING BUT BE PREPARED TO FIGHT LIKE HELL FOR THE APPROPRIATE POWER.Barbara, the current manager is a tweaker and doesn't honor "business hours" she is bullshit. So are her new boyfriends, aka maintenance men.

Have lived in the park since March. We moved to New Hope Landing and shortly after there was manager change and it's crazy how much better this park has gotten with a manager that goes above and beyond to care for the park. She has to manage all the tenants as well as the marina guests, and keep the grounds cleaned and maintained. Any issue we have ever had has been resolved quickly and Barbara always seems to be working on some sort of maintenance project. My only wish for this park is that they hire a separate maintenance person in addition to a manager that way undivided attention can be given in each area. Thanks new hope for the great place to stay for summer. We will be back next spring.
