New Golden Eye

Talk about as good as it gets!!!! Yeehaw!! Captain Quang Vo was a stellar host and his crewmember, Frank, was AWESOME!My company charters a couple fishing boats each year and takes 40-50 employees out for a day of rock cod fishing. This was the first year we went with Golden Eye and we will definitely be calling them again next year. The Golden Eye 2000 is a beautiful vessel with a lot of room. Being a catamaran, it glides through the waves like a mermaid and you don't get a lot of the rocking motion like with regular boats. Not that I get sea sick or anything, but some of the weenies in my company do. Quang had a few choice spots he took us to that proved very good fishing. Ling cods and several species of rock cods galore were FLYING out of the water. Frank was running all over the boat helping folks bring in their little lovelies.

Third time on Quang's boat and he always does a great trip he is the last to quit for the day and always fishes hard with great deck hands.no captain can make fish bite but he does put you on the best spotsI have seen the whiner single star posts they should have maybe went to Safeway for their fishing activities

I Have fished both on Quang's boat and around Quang's boat. Quang is an outstanding captain and fisherman. I was on a private boat in the bay and had ran out of live bait. I gave him a call on the radio and he offered to send a bag over to my boat. When I was fishing on his boa, he wouldnt go into the docks until we had full limits. We were on the water until almost 5:30 if memory is correct. Fish On Quang!!!

First rate ship and crew! From old pros to newbies, this ship takes care of everybody and then some from rigging tackle to baiting up to checking bait depth and tackle condition. When you hook up, the deckhands are there in a flash, giving instructions and making sure that fish will hit the deck. Also this catamaran handles the roughest seas with ease while the regular style boats are still trying to decide if they can go out plus there is no side to side rocking like the regular boats due to the hull design. Go Goldeneye 2000 or go home!
