the cats love your trash
the fly traps are all over
This is a sewer exhaust pipe, be aware they emit the foul odors
Grapes in Napa!!
The cats dig through the trash all the time
Hanging laundry outside is not frowned upon nor does the park care
With slide out for my kitchen/entertainment area
Love watching the hot air balloons fly over the park in the mornings!
This is the view (yes that's a barn) and their idea of pest control, which are the hanging fly traps
This is PG and E they are a working facility and the noise is heard all day and night as well as their trucks use the RV entrance
"Bad park job"
Enjoyed are stay here
Their laundry facility
This is the building the Expo houses the homeless in for the winter
Sites are kept clean

The park is easy to find using the address included in your reservation email. With a discount we're paying $80 a night for a "premium" pull through. All sites have the same full hookups, concrete pad and picnic table so what's premium? It's almost level so the auto leveler finished quickly. The bathrooms are decent though cleaned about every three days. The trash and recycling are clearly identified and picked up daily. They have a laundry with 2 washers and two dryers for a reasonable cost. The staff is helpful and over loaded with tasks. There's no WiFi though you can receive deliveries here. At $65 a night I'd rate it higher.

So sad to see this park go downhill so quickly under new management. Note to self the new camp host, who is on site every day, has a pit bull. Which she brings into the office everyday. Most parks strictly Prohibit you from bringing in such an aggressive breed this park does not.Pro's The location is still the best thing this park has going for it. Period. And don't forget this location is the old 4 H agricultural site so your literally parked next to a barn full of flies! CON'sThere is NO WIFI or any kind of cable services available or provided. The Feral/stray cats rule the roost. You can find them digging in the trash (which is rarely collected) and pulling the garbage from bags onto the street. Which is left in the street until the trash is collected which usually happens once a week. The cats fight under your rigs often at 3 am and go on for hours. Or they poop on your lawn for you to find when you go to the trash the following morning. Which is also left unattended to unless you clean it up. At one point we counted an excess of 16 cats. The park is falling apart and the landscaping is a joke. But hey if you pay the new Camp host, Emma, $20 she will mow your lawn for you! We saw two people do just that after the grass and weeds grew a foot high and they repeatedly asked to get their grass cut. The park has a serious ant and fly problem. Their idea of pest control is the hanging fly bags like you would see in a barn which reek! So lucky you if they are hanging next to your "premier or luxury site" the bags have a foul stench just a few feet from your windows. When the ants converge on your camper they will fill the cabin as well as your counter tops, cabinets and floors. And may happen more than once in a visit if you stay more than a day or so. The park reeks of urine and raw sewage. Note to self if you see a tall red pipe in the pictures that is a sewage exhaust pole so you will smell the raw sewage usually around 11 when people dump their tanks. The power is still unreliable so leaving your pets at home on a hot day without a backup generator is a bad plan. You may see power spikes and or the breakers will blow on hot days. The homeless stay on property during the winter months so lock up your bikes and personal items. We saw one night the homeless stole 3 bikes off property. Two were actually locked to the back of a Motorhome and they cut the locks and stole the bikes. But don't worry the park does not care and the city will send a social worker to take notes of your loss. Also in the middle of the night you might be awoke by the homeless rooting around in the recycle bins for discarded bottles or cans. That always made us feel so safe! Restrooms are filthy! And their laundry room consists of two of each machine. So hopefully you will not need either facility and if you do I would wear shoes into the shower for sure!No pool or on site amenities at all. If you spill your black or grey tanks no need to report it, they do nothing about it. There is ZERO clean up after a guest departs. Even though the camp host will feign interest and tell you she will get right on the clean up. So be aware when your pets are walking around eating grass....Oh and in some cases their prices have gone up about $30 a site. The new management has decided they price the sites now based on noise levels. Which is a joke because the PG and E trucks use the entrance road all day and night. The place is noisy and filthy! Oh and bingo comes and goes I think 4 nights a week so that let's out around 10 pm with a stream of cars and noise as well. The park now allows all ages of equipment in all sorts of conditions. Pay no attention to their own printed materials and rules. The Camp host herself has a rig that is so old and rundown her equipment would not be allowed in most parks. Or any class A park for sure (See photo)This park is no longer supported or affiliated to Good Sam probably for the reasons all mentioned above, but that is a guess. So don't go looking for a Good Sam discount. People sleeping in their exterior bays were not discouraged by Management on our last visit. Nor was the hanging of laundry asked to be removed from outside clothes lines on several units. In summation, steer clear of this park!

Close to town. Clean and plenty of garbage and recycle bins that are emptied daily. Spaces are long enough for our 38 ft. RV and our pickup truck. Back ins are along back of part of park.

Stayed here on our trip from Arizona to Yellowstone via CA, OR, and ID. Close to the Six Flags resort and there is a disc golf course nearby also. We arrived pretty late and the gate was locked so we were advised to park in the parking lot until morning which was OK since we were tired. Nice park just remember there time limit to check in.

We loved our stay here for many reasons. Every other RV spot has a Recycle and landfill trash can that are emptied daily. There are 2 Clean restrooms with showers in the check-in office area. It was nice being a short walk to downtown Napa. The Vine trail is close and we were able to bike all the way to Yountville 20 miles round trip. We read all the reviews and check in was easy. The camp host Kenny and his wife Jackie are wonderful. They were knowledgeable in both giving us directions and answering our questions. We were here when it was 100 degrees 3 days in a row. Kenny was pro-active in explaining if the power went out that we could use our generator. The park is kept very clean and not having dust everywhere from road traffic was a pleasant change. This RV park is run by the city of Napa. The rules here are the same as everywhere nothing unexpected. The City has a leash law 100% of the time. There are 3 areas in Napa you can take your dogs to for off leash activities. Standard rules clean-up after your dogs and always keep them in their leashes. ! We have 2 dogs I am amazed when people don't clean-up after their pooch. Then some folks let their Fido off leash. Napa is serious about the leash law. FYI - the Police will cite you if your dog is caught running free. We are coming back next year to this great park. A heartfelt thank you to our camp hosts Kenny and Jackie they are just salt of the earth kind people!!!

Wow!Some of you reviewers are a little harsh.Maybe rent a hotel in Napa, St. Helena, Calistoga, Sonoma and see what you pay and if the hotel is cleaner than your RV or this park you must have found one I haven't been to.Also, they are $200-$700 a night. That $200 is a motel.$60 a night with 10% off for AAA or Good Sam so $162 for 3 nights in Napa! Yes please, I shouldn't write this review because the park will start being sold out! LOLSo, I will be bringing my 2nd home here from now on while visiting the area!We wine tasted Friday and Saturday going out to dinner 2 of our 3 nights. We didn't spend a lot of time outside the RV with all those things to do.You do have to pay attention to not miss entrance but I read that it was at the fair grounds and my maps took me right to the entrance. It is a very small park of about 40 pads almost all pull throughs with full hook ups. Huge sites for all rigs. The sites all come with a picnic table, a small section of grass, and a very level cement pad.All utilities worked perfect for us.There is a trash and recycle can dumped daily at every other site! The office check in was fine for us. I however wasn't comparing the check in at a fairgrounds RV Park to a Michelin Star Restaurant or an award winning winery! LOLThere was a Wifi code that I didn't get written down but I have my own Wifi so no biggie for me.I didn't need to use the park bathroom or shower on site as my travel trailer have those amenities. So I can't rate that for you.The biggest nuisance was the PGE yard being behind RV Park and they are starting and backing trucks with bells in around 5:30AM on weekdays.

We recently stayed at the Napa Valley Expo in Napa, Ca. The RV park is nice but the service is absolutely horrendous. To start off, myself and a friend with a separate reservation tried calling and emailing on several occasions up to 2 weeks before our stay and received no response whatsoever about cancelling or early arrival info.Upon arriving early on the day of our check in half the park was empty. We attempted to contact the host at the office around 9:30 am. He was not around but another patron warned us to come back later. That he's not nice nor helpful and not really a morning person. At 10 am a worker in the park pointed be to his camper. I tried to inquire about early check in or if we could park in the lot before check in. This set the tone for our stay. No listening from the host. No matter the question the answer was no. Not helpful at all. Just told to be back at 1 that is the check in time.At 1:10 pm I returned. There was a line of people ring the bell at the host trailer to check in. Finally he started checking people in around 1:15. There were only 2 other reservations in front of me. I wasn't checked in until 1:40. Tried to refuse my AAA discount because I showed him my card from the app rather than an actual card. It is impossible to reserve a specific spot online at this campground and it is also not possible to know your spot. My friends and I asked to be next to each other. Just told it's not possible and complete refusal to make any accomodation even though there were plenty of open spots and nobody knows which spot they reserved anyway. Not provided any info on the camp, wifi, or area. We found from our 2 day stay this is all typical behavior from numerous other campers.Great, clean campground. The host is a complete miserable, unhelpful excuse for a professional.

Well it does provide some utility. But it is not a pretty place by any stretch. Not the kind of place you'd even want to sit outside your RV. Hard to find. You will probably go around the blocks several times to find it. Just a pit stop for us. The current host is not a happy camper. There is a sign they are looking for a friendly couple to be hosts here.

The spots are level, long and spacious. No trees in the park. Never given the wifi code or any paperwork on the park or rules. No site numbers. Host is not a happy camper. I heard from many rvers that he was also rude to them. When we first got there we could not find the camphost, went to the office and looked around. Had no idea what spot to go into. Our friends that were there pointed us to a spot. Not sure if it's worth 60 a night.

This is a no frills place. Spaces are very level and clean and bathrooms are nice. It is located right in Napa so easy to get around to things to do. The park itself doesn't have much personality but if you aren't there to "camp", it's perfect.
