Outstanding customer service - start to finish! Sal was fantastic - he answered all my questions at the initial phone call and offered no-pressure advice and answers. After I consulted with my party, I called him back and received the same wonderful, professional customer service through the entire booking and payment process.This particular limousine rental was an all-day booking for a group of four girlfriends touring Napa wineries. The day of the tour, I called Sal last-minute and asked if they could show up earlier than we had scheduled. Sal promptly arranged to have his driver, Lamar, arrive a half-hour earlier!!The car was clean and stocked with water and champagne on ice, as promised. The driver, Lamar, was courteous, professional, and a true gentleman. When he arrived to the surprised guests, he took their pictures and helped with their bags. Then he patiently drove the four women around to the wineries they had previously decided upon without question. When the girls ran out of ideas, he was quick to suggest one of his favorite wineries - and THAT one turned out to be everyone's favorite of the day!! Thank you, Lamar!!I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I would recommend Napa Limousine HIGHLY without hesitation!! Thank you Sal and Lamar for an unforgettable, fabulous experience!!

Great service. Our driver, Soleman, showed up right on time. We told him to take us to whatever vineyards he recommended. He did a great job and was a wealth of information. Additionally, the scheduler took plenty of time answering all of my questions and provided great recommendations.

We had a great experience with Napa Limousine. Our driver showed up right on time, the car was clean, there were no surprise charges, and a complimentary bottle of champagne was provided as promised. The driver was very friendly & knowledgable about which wineries to visit in Napa Valley....my friends & I were impressed! Overall, a great experience & I would definitely recommend this company.

Ray was awesome!!! He picked us up from Sonoma valley and drove us to San Francisco in a Benz SUV The car was clean and he provided us with Fiji water and let us control the tunes - win win as we had Rihanna and Drake on repeat. As we approached the Golden Gate Bridge he pulled over to one of the scenic points and took a picture of the 5 of us. Overall a safe ride and easy process of securing a car. Will definitely use this company again!!

Our friends surprised us and flew in from Nashville and Boston for the weekend and we booked a last minute wine tasting which was a day we'll never forget! Our driver, Rama, was incredible! He was polite, social, very prompt when we were ready to go, and very flexible when we wanted to change our lunch plans. We'd hire him in a heartbeat again! There was no drama with Rama!!

We had the pleasure of having Adam as our driver today. He was amazing! We laughed and had a fantastic experience with your company. We'll make sure when in town next time to call Napa limousine. Great service from start to finish. My wife and I looked at a lot of car services for touring around Sonoma and Napa for the day and Napa Limo was by far the best choice. Their price was right and their service was outstanding. Their information and communication was spot on with their emails and follow-up to my questions. Our driver was courteous, safe and very friendly. If you need a car service for Napa and/or Sonoma, I'd highly recommend Napa Limo.
