Over priced and resells used items, bought a cartridge battery for $30 turns out it was used cause I noticed the packaging was tore up and the manual was stained with food, the battery broke within a week..

I bought a CBD vape last night and today it stopped working. The light on it is still a solid blue light when you puff on it so I know I didn't use it all. The worker proceeded to basically tell me it's my fault and that "I could have used it all up last night." And only offered me half off a new one. So I would have to spend more money and have this possibly have this happen again? Yeah ok sure.... I probably got like not more then 50 puffs out of it. I always used to love coming here for my smoke shop needs over Ziggys and any other place but not anymore. Spent too much money to basically tell me it's my fault why it's not working. Would give zero stars if I could

went in today to buy a helix bar cause everywhere else doesnt have them or sells out and they got some! picked one that was broken and they switched it out hella fast :) everyone was hella cool and hanging out , even a dog came in and was having a good time haha

Been coming here for years, Beau (the dog) & his owner are awesome always happy to help, same w the asian girl. I feel like the asian guy is always rushing to finish a transaction and isn't knowledgeable about products but thinks he does. I asked if he can change my broken glass tank and he wouldnt do it so i had to go to the other namaste store to get it done
