Yes! They came in clutch! My pool motor went out before the hottest days of the year (Labor Day weekend) and of course a party... I called about 1130, requested a water slide jumper- boom ! They had something that was immediately available! Drop off was lined up for about an hour- day was absolutely saved. Good communication! Will use again

They didn't stake down the jumpy house. Seconds after my 3 year old got out (thank god) the jumpy house blew over my neighbors fence and knocked the fence down. They came right over when I called and promised to fix the fence. They where so responsive and offered a refund that I let them keep the full price and $30 tip. We had gotten a few hours out of it and nobody was hurt.Fast forward a month later. They have said at least 10 times to me and the neighbor that they where gonna show up to fix and never showed. They now are not sending me the insurance information and have an excuse every time I call. I would never use this company again. This might be my first negative review on anyone on Yelp I just don't do negative reviews but this company has been a nightmare. I should have kept the refund now I'm gonna have to take them to court to even fix the fence.

Oscar was great to work with! Quick response and great communication. The jumper package was a great deal, $100 for a jumper, 2 tables and 16 chairs. We rented the jumper for Halloween, we threw a stay at home Halloween carnival this year with my fam. They dropped the jumper Friday evening and picked up Sunday afternoon, so got an extra day with the jumper, definitely got our money's worth. I will definitely reserve again for future parties. He accepts cash or Zelle.

I used to use Blanca all the time for every party but no more I won't be using this company again i asked her to rent one table n table cloth she didn't make no receipt with a break down amount like most people would but I thought its ok I get it from them so many times I trust her it's ok she told me one table would be 12$ and I got a table cloth she never told me any other price mind you she is local here in Tracy she has told me same city delivery was free before. After my party I texted her so many times asking when she would pick up the table they didn't come till 5 days later she charged me 57$ for 1 table n table cloth 12$ a table 25$ a table cloth 20$ for delivery she lives 7 minutes from my house she was being rude when I asked her honestly I should have charged her for storage fee for 5 days of not picking there table on time but I was being nice but her being plane rude. I don't recommend this company if they're going to act like this. Also she said they would pick on Saturday didn't even come till Sunday text messages attached

They went above and beyond . Even hung a few decorations up for us while setting up the canopy. Rentals arrived the time and day we discussed and even came back to add the sides for us the day of the party since the weather was very windy . Thank you!

my family and i waited all day for these people since 5pm. Just to find out that the people bringing the tent had a "flat tire" and will be there soon (6pm). if this information was true, us as the client would have been contacted for the delay. then proceeds to tell us that they will arriving soon after we called for the 3rd time today. Bianca is not good with customer service. She states that she will call back or text back for updates and does not. you as the customer has to keep reaching out. Arrival was very prolonged, so i call back again around 10pm just to find out they will not be coming until the next day. Bianca did not clearly communicate that arrival will be the following day. Please DO NOT rent from these people. There is poor communication and bad service. Very delayed service.

Hello I have been renting tables, chairs and jumpers from this business since 2021 and this will be my last time renting from them. The customer service has gotten so bad. I rented a popcorn machine for my daughter birthday and as you can see from the pictures we were unable to use it at all as it did not work. When I informed them we weren't able to use the popcorn machine. I was simply told the price is the price and I had to pay regardless! They expect me to call during the party as if I had time to stop entertaining guests and tell them THERE MACHINE didn't work. I would have expected them to know that prior to renting it out. I was also ask upon delivery did they themselves start the machine and they in fact did not! Not to mention they don't put specific pricing on the invoice so I would know how much I was charged for the useless popcorn machine anyway. Please DO NOT RENT from them avoid the inconvenience and go with someone with more professionalism.
