Because of Marcus we were able to rent a food trailer at an affordable price that will still allow us to make a profit and help us work our way to owning our own one day. We are thankful this opportunity to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent catering equipment.

Tried Mudville for first time on lunch break. Had The jumbalaya sandwich which was so good I had to share with my friends. The owner/chef is very nice and did an excellent job of handling the lunch rush alone. Can't wait to try his mustard fried chicken. ...and he's respectful to the other food truck near him which speaks for itself.

We ordered...I assumed it would be cooked to order so I was prepared to wait a while. While we were waiting we watched one of them (the younger one) eat some fries while preparing a plate. I don't know where those fries came from but I assumed they were from the plate he was preparing, however, that is just an assumption on my part. And we waited. We also watched them give 4 different orders to the wrong people. 25 minutes! later my number was called. I ordered Chicken and Waffles. What I received was an uncooked mushy waffle, two wings and another piece of something I couldn't identify. It was really disgusting. After 2 bites of the mushy waffle and one bite of the tasteless wing, I threw it away. And who does wings with waffles? The only plus was the syrup was good.
