No I did not remove chicken. This is a $15 chicken sandwich. I should have gone to chicken fil a. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and quick. I'm so disappointed. It's nothing like the photo. They get 2 because the lady was nice and the fries were a pretty large helping. I would rather have less fries and more chicken nugs on the sandwich. If you can't tell that's what they are. They are nugs shaped into strips. I was really looking forward to this place because it looks like old style diner/ burger joint vibes. The fries aren't cooked all the way. As I'm biting into them. Ugh. No return for a second beating.

The owner (older white woman who the short blonde hair) is extremely rude! This place has been in the mall forever and I would come here for a soda or quick snack but I won't anymore.I ordered a Fanta soda and it tasted flat like Hi-C juice. Politely, I told her the soda is flat and just wanted permission to dump it out and I would try another tap. She argued with me and pushed the Fanta tap and said "look, there are bubbles" and proceeded to tell me how expensive the machines were. Eventually she made me a root beer float (I didn't want a root beer float but didn't feel like arguing, I was just thirsty) and after taking it back to my table and trying it, the root beer tasted like water. I didn't want it so I brought it back and told her I would just like a refund for the drink. I was not rude at all. She tried to scold me in front of another customer and said out loud "Just so you know, this man ordered the same thing and got refills." The same customer then told her "Actually the root beer did taste like there wasn't enough syrup" then she told him "Well the machine has a mechanism that if it isn't working properly it just shuts off." Neither of us were rude to her at all but she had such an attitude and was so mean. She then pulled out $4 from the register and said "Just so you know, I don't get the $4 back on my processing charges" which isn't my problem but either way, I didn't engage in her negative behavior.Not to mention, there were people sitting at their tables and instead of politely letting them know that the area is for Mr. Sibs customers only, she was looking at the food bags and yelling at customers that she pays rent for the space and they can't sit there.She yelled at the worker who was working too about how high the oil was.This woman just doesn't know how to communicate.Weberstown needs to get rid of this business and put a more friendly/customer focused business there. There are so many new local businesses with good food willing to smile and be nice to people. No need to keep this mean woman in business who has 1.5 stars and drives customers away.

The older lady here has ZERO customer service she is VERY rude and does not know how to speak to people. I don't think she realizes that it is her customers that pay her bills. I will not ever go back to that place again. And the girl working along side of her probably her daughter, she has the same attitude eyeball rolling and snapping at people. They can take their hole in the wall little place and shove it. Im certain they will not be in business for long.

the OLD OLD WRINKLY lady taking orders, she's soooooo RUDE!!! making you feel like you as a costumer is holding up the line just because you're ordering for your family. "is that all? are we done here"is what was said to me and my spouse.NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE! I MANIFEST and HOPE this place SHUTS DOWN!! if i could, i would throw all the food in this ladys face and i dont care if i wasted my money, thats how F****** RUDE she is.

All of the above needs improvement!Rude old dirty white women who lack customer service then they clean around you while you're eating, very unsanitary! They don't tell you upgrade prices the food is extremely pricey and greasy!

one of the employee parent cricket was very rude to me and my siblings she had a haircut and she told my brother he didn't know how to read any my brother is 30 she was very rude .

Over priced and Horrible. They should get shut down because these Prices are ridiculous. Can't serve your own Icee, charge extra for Cheese even tho you didn't ask for extra cheese, SmallPortions for the expensive price is ridiculous. please don't go , SHUT THE PLACE DOWN

terrible, the manager was rude, and very mean to the special needs community. i would never return let alone spend another penny here.
