We ordered pizza for our work potluck, I love their food, fast and still warm. However, our delivery guy is so rude, and he blames me for not having enough gas to delivers our pizza, and requested if we can give him more tip as he needs to put gas in his car. He was frustrated and told me next time I should have picked it up.

Finally gave them another try. What a wast of $16 for the buffet. The salad bar was a mess and lettuce was brown and wilted. Soda machine was down. They had two partial pizza that were old and never brought out another one in over thirty minutes before I had to leave. Seems to be more focused on smoking out back and making to go orders.

We've been coming here for a couple months now and this place does not disappoint! The manager Denika is fantastic! She goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued! Excellent customer service! Food is always good too! Highly recommend!

Had my daughters birthday party here last Sunday. Employees were super helpful & friendly!! We were able to book the party room for no cost. The area was perfect for our party. There was lots of tables and plenty of space. Even had TVs in there. The employees put my daughters birthday cake in their fridge until we wanted it. We ordered wings and pizza. Everything was delicious. Employees went above and beyond to help us out with any of our needs. Definitely a great experience!!

My Husband ordered on line a small Pepperoni Pizza and it said it would be ready in 45 mins. W live not 2 mins away and by the time he arrived home the pizza was COLD and it was made with no crust at all!!!!! I called and spoke to Aaron and was he said he had no idea as he had stepped outside, and put me on hold while he spoke someone else, I asked them to take this pizza back and to make another one and was told that there is no way that it would of been cold!! There customer service is bad, and it seems they have no problem insinuating you are not telling the truth!!! We WILL never order from this Mountain Mike's on Pelandale again!

Ordered takeout from Mountain Mike's. One medium pizza and one salad to go. $39When I walked over to the salad bar to make my to go salad the lettuce was brown, slimy and decomposing. When I asked the employee to please bring out some fresh lettuce she looked at me like I was crazy and said new lettuce had already been added. I told her either bring fresh lettuce or give me my money back. She gave me the stink eye and brought out a new bag of lettuce and dumped it on top of the brown, slimy lettuce!!! . I guess they figure if they leave the rotten lettuce there some sucker will actually eat it. This is so disappointing. Mountain Mike's can and should do better than trying to pass off rotten food on their customers. Especially at the prices they charge.

Mt Mikes has always been one of my favorites. The crust is crispy the the topping are fresh. The services is always good the pizza are done when they tell you. It was closing time so we took it to go but it looked clean and lots of seating.

Ordered off app 2 small pizzas. Ordered at 5:09 supposed to be ready at 5:50. Showed up. They were out of gluten free crust. Didn't bother to call or anything. Showed up at 5:50 to find this out along with the fact they didn't even cook the other pizza we ordered. Terrible customer service!!!!!
