Amazing instructors! They do a wonderful job with the children. My daughter loves coming to classes. She would go every day if she could. Lol. Shi Gung Fatusi is an amazing, outstanding person. We have had nothing but good experiences here.

We love Moore's! My 4yo looks forward to class each week and I think it's really taught him to be more respectful and disciplined. He's still a wild boy but overall I see an understanding of respect. Staff is great as well! Always happy and friendly.

My son really enjoyed his time here. Unfortunately, there are a few business practices we were less than comfortable with.We were told tuition had to be paid through a third party, Affiliated Acceptance Corporation (AAC,) so we filled out the form to have $100 per month drafted from our checking account. Fast forward a few years and we decide to take a break from karate so we go into the studio to let them know and we are given a quick, "Call this number to cancel your account with AAC to stop the monthly drafts." There was no question as to why we chose to quit. No attempt at making us feel like valued customers. Nothing more than letting us know it was now OUR respomsibility to contact the third party company so we would no longer be charged. We call the number and are told our request to cancel had to be made in writing and was actually a "30-day notice," meaning we would be charged another month's worth of tuition for classes we wouldn't be attending. We made our final payment online and were double charged. All this is on top of the feeling that doing the right thing was just getting us financially taken advantage of all along. We made sure to purchase the "required" Moore's uniform when my son started but couldn't help noticing many of his classmates wore whatever they wanted. As my son grew, we attempted to purchase new shirts for him but there were never any in stock. Some time down the road, nice embroidered shirts were given to the students who wore whatever t-shirt they wanted for free while my son wore a shirt 2 sizes too small because there were none available to purchase. You'd think this company had no interest in making money but those thought would be put to rest once karate camp came around or it was time for a new belt (even thought my son hadn't learned any new skills at that point)We made sure to inform the studio any time he was going to miss class, especially if it was for an extended period of time. The first long trip, he'd be missing 3 weeks of class. We were told our tuition payment would be suspended for that month. It wasn't. When we returned and inquired about it, we were told we'd just be credited at the end of the "mandatory" 6-month term with AAC with an extra month of classes to make up the missed classes we were charged for. There was another trip we took during our time at Moore's. Another month promised at the end of our term. If you're keeping track, that's 2 months worth of classes we paid for that we did not receive plus the month charged during that 30-day period through AAC. Three months. $300 worth od classes owed to us by this company but we didn't even receive an obligatory, "That's unfortunate. We'll really miss you," when we resigned.
