We have been taking our children here for about 7 years. Ms. Eva the director and the teachers are very kind and invested in the childrens' learning. This is not just a day care, but a structured learning program where children learn academic, social, and life skills. The center is very clean & safe, and welcoming to diverse households.

We choose to Montessori school of Modesto for our daughter when we started seeing her have behavioral issues at her other daycare. She has blossomed into a smart, kind, natural leader during her time at Montessori. Our son also goes here, and loves the freedom to choose his activities and play. We highly recommend this school and love all the teachers.

Worst experience ever! My 4 year olds first time in any preschool ever (thank you Covid), every day in the 3 1/2days she attended this school, all I heard at every pick up was "your child is aggressive or she pushes the teacher or kids". Never a "try this or here are some resources or even a "she did this today". Honestly, being that I was a large family licensed provider myself for many years, I was shocked by the pure unprofessional behavior of the teacher. By the second day, I was interviewing and touring other schools. So here we are 3 weeks into our new school now , and not once has my child been aggressive and or had any negative reports. We are sent photos during school and if I'm not the one to pick up my child, the wonderful teacher will send me a quick note on her day. If you are looking for your child to thrive and as a parent know your child is in a loving environment, then I would highly recommend that you not place them in Montessori Modesto.

I was very hesitant to enroll my son here (or anywhere), since he's only even been at home with us. They accept children 2 and older so we decided to enroll right after turning two. Ms. Daisy is the teacher for this group and she is incredible. My son absolutely adores her and even on weekends, asks to go see her. The first few days were rough. My son cried for me and didn't eat much. I contemplated removing him but so glad we stuck it through. After just one month of being enrolled we saw a huge improvement in social skills and speech.I read a few reviews about the tour/director, here is my observation:We toured the school and like a few others said, the tour felt a little awkward. In my opinion, it's just that. Mrs. Eva, the director, is reserved and quiet but very well mannered and seems to be liked by the children. We've had zero issues with her or the school. I wouldn't choose against this school because of the tour. To me, the most important thing is that my son enjoys going here and continues to grow and he's doing just that 2 years later. Cost: it's a private school and fees aren't outrageous, I've seen at-home daycares cost the same or more.

My son has been going here since he was 3 he also graduated kindergarten here. All the teachers are very caring and professional. They truly care for the kids and the education is beyond and top notch. My son is already reading and doing division in math. They keep the kids busy with alot of fun activities and learning. All the teachers are wonderful. Thank you Mrs. Eva and all the teachers here for being great teachers and providing loving quality care to our kids.

I wish I can give this school 0 stars. Ms. Eva is unprofessional. Do not waste your money and send your child to this school, unless you like getting calls to pick up your kid in the middle of the day. This happened every single day and I was working FULL TIME. I paid for the full day program. They would rather have parents pick up their child instead of doing their job. which is redirecting students and teaching them. I had to take out my son out of the program early because I would get calls every day to pick up my son. I've spoke to other parents and they've said the same thing. Thank god I got my son into public school where his behavior has improved. Teachers at Montessori are very unprofessional and do not know how to handle the children.

We enrolled our 2 year old daughter in October of 2020 after a difficult experience at another day care. It has now been 7 months since she has started and my husband and I have seen a world of a difference in our daughter's speech, motor skills and social development. Her current teacher is Mrs. Daisy in the 2's classroom and we owe a great deal of our daughter's growth to her. She has made this transition extremely easy and comforting for our family. Her care, professionalism and knowledge in her field shows daily and I absolutely have peace of mind knowing my daughter is in great hands. This school is lucky to have her!

First impression, I love the curriculum, structure, and instruction that the school provides. However, the woman giving me the tour was polite but very, very reserved to the point that the tour felt awkward. We walked into the appropriate classroom for my son, and she showed me a few things that they work on, and that's it. We stood there awkwardly not knowing what to say to each other, so to break the ice, I asked "Is there anything I should know about the school?" (aka "Please tell me anything to sell me your school and break this awkward silence), and she replied, "Like what?" (Crickets...).I am still considering the school, but I am concerned other teachers are just as cold. To be fair, the tour was at the end of the workday, and I, too, just got off of work, and it's Friday...
