Jason was recommended to us by a friend after our son had knee surgery for a severely torn meniscus. We wanted additional strength training that was personalized to accompany what he learned in physical therapy for his knee. We wanted to see our son strengthen the leg muscles around the injury, as well as build up his whole body. We have been with Jason for over a year and the results are amazing. Not only is his knee doing very well, he is super strong and each week increases what he can lift. My husband and I trained with Jason as well. He has a great personality for personal training and he is genuinely happy when you hit your numbers and get stronger. He knows what we are capable of and encourages you to get after it. One of the most important aspects of his training is making sure your form is correct and safe for maximum results. Jason is very organized and reliable.

I lifted with Jason for a little over 2 years and it has honestly changed my life for the better. He is awesome at creating a safe environment where you feel comfortable to ask questions and try new things, but is also holding you accountable so you don't slack off. Jason is also just a fun guy to lift with. He makes the gym experience something that you look forward to which is a big deal for those who struggle with motivation (me). Since I started lifting with him I not only lost 30 pounds (which I'm now working on growing back as muscle) but I've gained tons of knowledge about not only the gym but my own body, giving me new confidence that I can only thank to this man here. I highly recommend monster strength to anyone of any skill range in the gym.
