Ghost town, the management talks shit about everyone, NOONE talks or interacts with anyone there!!! Very unhealthy environment!
Hair on the bathroom shower floor for over a week.
Waited over a week for the management to clean up the lot!!!
Hair pulled out of the drain, so it would drain, on the counter in the ladies room, for over a week.

Some resident are friendly, but you can never find anyone in the office, they have different rules for different people, was there for a fire and no one from management was no where to be found and now they locked the back gate don't feel very safe here anymore. Management does let people know other tents business and management does not tell the truth we have heard so many different reason why the gate is locked, and if you question management you will be asked to leave. If you have a problem with management they dont answer there phones and you can't get ahold of them, we did call and watch management look at her phone and pit it back in her pocket. We are not upset being told to move cause we were anyways it how and what we are being asked to leave. Please please don't go here the are better places and nicer ones.

I'm a fan because we found a spot to put our kayak's in on the quieter saner leg of the Mokelumne. Don't get me wrong, I love Lodi Lake, just not all the loud folks that blast their music and take away the peace and serenity of the beautiful nature. I certainly wouldn't call the park a "resort". When I hear the word resort, I think of a high end place. Moke Beach RV Park is just a place to park your RV by the 99, get a hookup and have river access. We were able to get right down to the river which is good cause we don't have wheels on our kayaks; so no carrying them for 100's of feet, just pulled the truck down the dirt path and dragged them right into the water. If you have a small boat (emphasis on the word small) you can launch it from the park as well. This part of the Moke is not for speed boats (due east) there are many impediments such as fallen trees and very low waters...which in my opinoin, is what keeps the place peaceful. We did see a couple of jet skis but once they saw the conditions, they headed back towards the lake. Cost to launch, $5 per vessel. Not a bad deal. They do have a restroom with plumbing, but there's only one person in the office and if she's not there you're outta luck! Oh, and really, there are few places where you can pull your kayak or canoe ashore as most property this neck-a-the-woods is private. The proprietor is friendly (yes she was there) and informative about the area. The only other choice for river access is to know someone who lives on the Moke or to go to Lodi Lake....which I've read on their website, has added kayaks to the types of boats they rent at their boathouse. There are also kayak companies that bring their rigs out to the lake to rent-it's about time! Lodi Lake would be the perfect place for learning to kayak on a calm waterway. The thing we learned by our peaceful kayak experience;you don't have to drive miles and miles somewhere else to enjoy nature and the beautiful waterways; they're right in our own backyard!

My brother lives in Lodi. We thought we'd take the trailer this past Christmas 2014. I probably should have asked around before staying here. This is JUST, a place to drop your hat. Not a place to recreate or enjoy anything other than the inside of your rig.The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and when the office was open, very helpful. Made the reservation by telephone two weeks in advance. Went well. There is no general store nothing to buy other than propane (a plus) and well, it was just, very spartan. The campground is really just a parking lot with lots of full timers. The full timers have kind of taken over to the point of making the RV parking lot look just well, junky. Not secure and near a very swampy looking sort of river which try's to flow under a highway overpass. I couldn't quite see myself kayaking anywhere near this place but, people have said they do it. Go figure. When my Bro found out where we were staying, he kind of chuckled. Said homeless people always setup camp just down the dirt path and under the highway bridge. It felt that way although we didn't see it personally. There was however, a lot of junk down there by the rivers edge. Looks like a great place to film a show about a murder.Bathrooms, clean and unusual. Nothing else to report. I wont be back because there are certainly better, more secure places where I'd surely feel a lot safer.Sorry guys, as nice and pleasant as you'all were, the park just doesn't get it.

Zero stars for Mokelumne Beach RV Park, I've been staying in RV Parks all around the country since 2005 and never have I stayed at a worse place. I mean I can't even really tell you that I have stayed in any bad places until now. I've never wrote a review on nobody or gave anybody a rating but I've got to tell you about my stay here. Consider this my warning to you about Mokelumne Beach RV Park. In good faith I gave up a $355.00 deposit here and I was refunded a hundred dollars, they claim to have deducted for space cleaning and PG&E. I left the space the exact same way I rented it and paid my PG&E every month however I forgot to account for capitalism, these people are nothing but capitalist, if you like giving capitalist your money, give these people a deposit and move in and I guarantee you will be moving out soon and you will be getting bent over for your $355 deposit. Giving it up straight to the capitalist. Denise the manager told me it was a great place when I was looking to move in, there was no problems here at all I even asked if there was problems with any kind of smells or noise is there anything and she assured me it was a great place OMG was she totally lying her ass off just to get my MONEY. 5 thumbs down Mokelumne Beach RV Park and capitalist Denise and Ron the management. Shame on you guy's, what comes around goes around
