Modern Mobile Home & RV Park

Now under new management, this park has a bright future. They are weeding out the dealers and thugs and that lets the residents sleep safer at night. I personally know the new management and believe the park will be a nice spot for a shot stay or long term.P

When I first found this place to stay for a few months and park my Rv I wasn't really thinking much of it that it was going to be a bad place because it offered restrooms as well as a laundry room, but after about a week of being here I was told that I wasn't able to use to the restrooms. Being accused one day of not cleaning up after using the restroom when it was already dirty when I went in to use the restroom. Also after being there I also noticed that there was cockroaches in the gravel where the rv spaces are at. Not a really safe environment to be living at because my rv had gotten broken into while being gone for not even a day.

The property manger here is AMAZING. Tammy goes above and beyond for the park. She has turned it around. She was so willing to help and makes any adjustments. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling through the area for work, or just looking for a place to live. I would go back in a heart beat! She really kept the place clean and didn't put up with any Bs. She is a very honest and helpful person. Thanks to her this place is a beautiful home for so many!

This place is horrible I was out of state when my husband rented the spot but after arriving I got to use the bathroom 2times b4 the lock stopped working when it was brought to the managers attention she tried saying I don't stay with my husband and to use my own shower my husband does not allow propane n r trailer since that is how his boss died 2yrs ago that's y we look 4 places that offers showers and this manger is charging us 200 deposit w 600 a month rent and we can't even use the shower or laundry rm this lady needs to b replaced I have never acted in a place where they were so rude or charges us and advertise they have amenities when they don't allow u to use them and this also means that's how long they go w out even cleaning the showers or checking if there is t.p. n the bathroom that is ridiculous w covid and everything I will say this health department will b contacted today!

Planes, Trains And Automobiles, yes you will hear them all in this park. They have a few new sites close to the highway for those traveling, all the rest of the sites are monthly rentals. The manager Sean and his wife are working hard to change the downtrodden feel of this park. I wish them well, they have a long way go go.

While looking for a place for my brother to live I found this park. The management staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It was nice to notice that management was concerned with the safety of the residents and have security cameras installed in various locations. Every time I have stopped by I have noticed management continuously updating and improving the facility. Once management has completed their updates this park will definitely be a 5 star rating. This park is a nice place for overnight, short and long term stays.
