Small location and I really wanted to try a certain drink here but they ran out right before me. I do love the Korean dogs but was a bit irritated that I had to put my toppings on myself and was served it in containersEither way it was still delicious and at the time Covid they didn't want to touch the food so much which was why I had to put on my own toppings.Other toppings are extra but the regular ones are to the side where you sever yourself

My daughter really loves their Mochinut, especially the Matcha favor and chocolate one. It is very tasty!! Worth to try!

Wasn't my favorite but it was alright. The store itself is so tiny inside and only offers to go, there's no where to sit or anything. I wouldn't go back as they don't have a very welcoming space. The service wasn't very good either. The girl taking my order was not very nice or eager to have basic conversation. It's a no from me

I had a pretty friendly experience. A self service place. You order on the tablet. It was my first time so the girl at the front helped me order. Pretty quick service. Very small and cute. Small variety of items, but all tasty.

If you are unfamiliar with what a mochi donut is, you need to check this place out. A mochi donut is a donut that's made out of rice flour, so it's gluten-free for those who are gluten-intolerant. They have a nice selection of fun, Asian-inspired flavors (matcha green tea, black sesame, etc.) and some more familiar flavors (cookies and cream, churro, etc.). If you want something on the more savory side, they also have Korean-style "corn dogs" (again, the batter is made of rice flour) that are pretty tasty. You can get a hotdog, cheese, or half hotdog half cheese center and choose original batter, potato, hot Cheetos for the outer crust. If you're just picking up the donuts, service is speedy. Be prepared to wait a bit if you order a corn dog or milk tea beverage. It's a small shop, no space to eat really. Just pick up and go.

No customer service. I see a line of people waiting to order in a really small space and noticed 2 employees in front talking to each other. There's no greeting or acknowledgement from them.Waiting to put my order in and pay took a really long time since its just 1 kiosk and waiting in line for other customers to navigate the ordering system on their own. - Allowing mobile orders here would be great. The mochi donuts were not bad. I felt like the batch I got were old. They were pretty but stale.

Cute little spot store that serves some great food snacks and drinks. Indoor decor is cute but the service is bad. You pretty much go up to the kiosk and order yourself, the only thing that got me was the logistics part of the order area and pick up area. The store is small enough but when I was ordering the worker placed someone's order right next to the ordering kiosk and the customer had to interrupt my ordering process to grab their food, when in my mind, the worker should have handed the order on the side to the customer. Not the friendliest people, no greeting and effort for customer service what so ever. The food was cool, definitely a change up from the regular corn dog. Luckily we shared the corn dogs as a fam, so we can try a little of everything. Wish they labeled what was what, lol cuz the half hot dog and cheese one you can't really tell. They were ok, the hot Cheetos wasn't really spicy and felt like not too much of the coating for the hot Cheetos and ramen one. Prolly won't go back, but cool to try at least once. If you wanna try mochinut with the fam and the unique corn dogs, go to the Pleasanton site. Better service and more room.

I never had a mochi donut before but after trying these I will definitely be having them again! They're very different than a traditional donut in the way that they are not cakey at all and have a much more chewy consistency. Anyone who has had mochi before will understand what I mean. I also loved the light and crispy exterior although I wish they used a heavier hand with the toppings. The raspberry funnel cake flavored one I tried had the tiniest drizzle of raspberry syrup. Otherwise, it was pretty good. We also sampled the cookies and cream and the chocolate churro which were both good as well. I did not try the original which is topped with fruity pebbles, but my son's friend said she really liked it. At $3 a pop, I thought they were a little on the pricey side but definitely worth at least trying. They also serve Korean hotdogs but only after 5 pm due to staffing shortages. I liked the ordering process-you make your selections on a tablet, pay and then wait for your order. But the shop itself is VERY tiny so be prepared to wait outside. Bottom line-I'm sure I'll be back, LOL.

I gave them 3 stars because this place could be cuter if they cleaned. Their floors are dirty and let's not talk about the pink and dirty curtains they have hanging behind the front counter. If the curtains were washed, they would look very cute. About the food, I didn't try the corn dogs so I can't give a review on those. The mochi donuts are very yummy and they have great flavors. My favorites are Strawberry Cheesecake and S'mores. I do feel that they would benefit more if they kept the place more tidy and clean and maybe repaint the walls because this little place has a lot of potential.
