Moccasin Point Marina

i stayed here for memorial day weekend at section E .. we stayed 3 nites and they never cleaned the portable potty, they were disgusting other than that enjoyed my stay.

There are tons of logs on this side plus they have a barrier blocking to access to the otherside.

We came to Camp for Memorial Day weekend, 1st I got the boat and truck stuck on the way in and AAA came to the rescue. 2nd we couldn't get our trailer into the spot we originally booked. Alyssa was so sweet and mapped out a few other available sites for us to look at. She called the ranger right when I got the boat stuck and just was soo helpful with everything. Honestly saved our weekend. Employees like her are hard to find!! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

I was using the onsite dry storage for my pontoon boat. Every time I took the boat out for the day, I would return to drop the boat off only to find someone parking in my spot. - This happened 3 different times. The final straw was when I went to pick up my boat this spring. The cover had been ripped, the stereo/speaker were stolen along with a number of other items. Since these thieves destroyed the cover, the boat was completely destroyed on the inside. - I spoke with 2 different people when canceling my storage, and neither of them couldn't care less and asked no questions and gave no apology! - A big F-U to this place!!!

Took the wakeboard boat out to DP last Sat...cruised up to the point to see how levels, construction on the bridge and the new marina looked...HOLY S****, this place is a hidden gem on the water! SUPER DOOOOOOPER clean facility, whether fueling up or grabbing some brewskis they've got it all..he young guys working the counter were super helpful came out as I was backing in and asked if I needed help etc..very impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of this place.5 Stars

Houseboating baby!A lot of people go to Shasta but I gotta tell ya, it's crowded and the houseboats are not as nice. Lake Don Pedro is just outside Yosemite and Moccasin Point is fantastic. The staff are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball. We have a houseboat trip every other year and will continue to give these guys our business. If you have never houseboated, give it its day in court. You gotta try it. Imagine waking up on the lake, no noise, no waves, just bliss. Fire up the ski boat and make turns on the glass. You can get a whole day in before the day boaters arrive and that's when you bust out the margaritas! As dusk approaches, the day boaters are gone and you go back out on the glassy water for sunset. BBQ and more margaritas am Mai Thais. Fire up the DJ kit and party all night. If yer gonna do it, do it right. Get the ski boat and a pair of Jet Skis. Make sure you have the sound to match....Lake Don Pedro and Forever Resorts out of Moccasin Point Marina.

Would give this place zero starts, but it's impossible. Drive an hour and a half on vauge do's and dont's on the lakes website. Unsure about what it's telling me, I call and they are closed. We arrive and are immediately told we cannot come in because of our 15lb Boston Terrier. "No dogs allowed!" What the fuck!? Since when has it become a crime to take your dog out? Never going back... Ever

Camp here every year! Family, friends fishing boating it's great. Hot in the summer. Beautiful night sky. Watch out for the bears lol.

Rose was an incredibly helpful person to have around. She not only came out and made sure of what we wanted, she also passed along some information about a shop that we hadn't seen for years. She's a local, so her expertise is much appreciated.

I've camped at Lake Don Pedro before, this was our first time in this campground. facilities were clean, staff was friendly. I don't really care for thier swimming area, I hate mud and rocks. But everything else was very nice. We had a visit from a baby black bear so I would definetly say be mindful of your food storge. Now if you have a boat and are not worried about the swimming area on the shore... I would say this is perfect... We may go back, usually looking for an adventure so we don't often camp the same spot twice.
