The decor The flavor (chocolate cake w/ Oreos, fudge & strawberries in the middle & buttercream frosting) Ready on time We will definitely be back. Thank you again!

This bakery is a great little gem in Merced! We found them on Instagram and ordered a red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday. My daughter said the ladies were very nice and helpful when she went in to order her cake. The cake turned out to be very tasty and moist! It's definitely on the pricey side, but it made my daughter very happy. We went back to the store a couple of days later and the lemon bar is one of the best lemon bars I've had in a long time! There aren't many good options in Merced, so this bakery is a much welcomed treat!

I decided to grab some goodies here on the way to Costco and they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, greeted me as I walked it and quick to help with my selection. Cookies: macadamia nut, chocolate chip, peanut butter and m&m. All very good, chewy and sweet. Oreo and peanut butter balls: delicious, we made sure to keep them in the fridge but they never dried out. Cheesecake: almost the best cheese cake I've ever had, the crust although good is plain but the actual cheese cake with fresh strawberry topping makes up for it. Chocolate Peanut butter cupcake: I got this for my husband but had a taste and ended up eating half of it it was so good! The chocolate cupcake was moist, not too sweet and the peanut butter frosting was perfect.

Cakes are beautiful they are a 5 star and also flavor is great but the prices of the cake are over priced you can honestly pay someone that does cake. For $150 and get a 150 people cake worth somewhere else ! Inside store super neat and clean customer service great but I wouldn't ever pay that price not worth it.

This adorable place is a gem for Merced! Every time I come to Merced, I try to pick up cupcakes. They're always so good and the service is great! Keep up the good work!! I'll continue to keep coming back!

Red velvet cake I had ordered was fabulous as was the chocolate/chocolate frosted cake. our party friends loved the cakes

not from sctatch .. good decorations... it was the first time i was ever there, no indication that they was a line.. i thought people were waiting for their orders, i was scolded for going to the counter. spent $9 on slices of cake. which sad for me i thought were fresh made.. no.. they tasted like a box mix.. sad... cakes are extremely expensive.. good decoration... buttercream frosting is out of a can...

My mom ordered her quinceañera cake from here ( she's 75 lol). We wanted something special. After seeing the reviews I said go there mom!! We ordered the bottom layer marble cake with mixed fruit inside and the top layer was the strawberry champagne with strawberry inside. Boy was it delicious!! Plus they were very kind and made her exactly what she wanted with a few embellishments that made it go above and beyond. If you're thinking of ordering a cake, you must come here. I live in LA and these deserts are one of the best I've had ever! Thank you guys for making her day special. There wasn't a piece left!!

Had such a great experience ordering a custom birthday cake here. The owner took my order and was super helpful and professional. They're very customer service and detail oriented to make sure they get your order right.They did such a fantastic job and I was extremely satisfied with my order. It was beautifully decorated with the vintage piping and the edible cake glitter was so pretty and sparkly. Mix Bakery followed all the details I wanted for this cake.Most importantly it was delicious, moist, and held its shape well and was easy to cut. Loved the red velvet cake with the Oreos since they added a nice textural crunch with the soft cake.Everybody enjoyed the cake and was impressed with the taste and presentation. I definitely recommend trying Mix Bakery for your custom cake needs!

Attentive to detail. Made time to adjust the decorations to my cake, even with other people in the store. Made me feel like a priority. The cake was good!!
