Opens water in the evenings so the ambience can be a mix of quiet or good vibes with friends. The food is genuinely so so soothing delicious especially their fries. Their fries is a must have on their own! The services are great even when packed.

Been wanting to try this restaurant for a minute. All my friends been hyping this place up and I see so much good reviews. Safe to say in my opinion the hype was not real.The service was not good, I did not get greeted into the restaurant. The cashier came out from the back shortly after me and my friends walked in. The ambiance is alright. The menu is super simple and basic, straight to the point very classic only diner vibes. The chairs and tables are out dated, the chair I was sitting on had a ripped cushion. The food was alright, nothing too crazy I would say. I ordered a double smash burger with fries and I also ordered a fruit pebble shake. The fries were not good, not very much seasoned. The burger was alright as well, just a simple double cheese burger, nothing to praise about. I would wish the patties were smashed a little bit more but that is just me. The fruity pebble milkshake was the show of the whole meal. The fruity pebble shake probably be in my top 5 best milkshakes I have tried so far.Overall I give this restaurant a 3/5 star review. I am glad I finally tried this restaurant in Stockton. Might come back in the near future to try other menu items and will definitely be ordering a milkshake with that order.

Burgers are soooo good. Service is slow. Ambulance is strange because it's in a strip mall and just awkward but don't let that deter you from one of the best smash burgers in stockton.

There's not a lot of restaurants open past 10pm in Stockton but thank goodness for Midnight At Burnies Drive Up. We gobbled up our double patty smash burger and BurnLote Asada fries so quickly that I forgot to take pictures. Friendly and quick service. The place was full and continued to have a stream of folks lining up to place an order. We will be back to try other items on the menu.

The double smash patty with a fried egg is unbeatable to be honest.i also feel like this spot is kinda slept on.

Delicious, quick Sunday lunch after church. We have not been able to find anything like SoCal burgers. We just may have here. I seen on other reviews they had chili fries and was looking forward to having those. Unfortunately, they said the don't have them anymore. We were the only ones in there. They have plenty of inside seating. Walk up and place your order. It took about 15-20 mins to get our order. Everything was so HOT and FRESH. If the food isn't burning my mouth, it's not hot enough. I've never had a burger burn my mouth. It was so flavorful. Perfect amount of sauce. The French fries were all hot. Their sauce went perfect the fries. I was disappointed I was too full to try a shake. Next time!

Went in and ordered a single patty smash burger and fruity pebbles shake. Burger was delicious, perfectly blended with the crispy texture and savory flavor. The shake was delicious as well! Sweet and cold, perfect for this summer. Will come back again

Was in Stockton for a baseball game. Grandson wanted a burger. Burnies was close. I liked the name so we went. Very good chocolate shakes. Burgers were okay. Fries were okay as well. Jested did experience what everyone is excited about.

The burgers are killer and my son loves the shakes. This is our go to after our son's sports when visiting Stockton.

Best burgers in towwwnnn! We always go here whenever we crave burgers. I always ask to add egg on my double patty burger. They also have milkshakes that are to die for! Our go-tos are the chocolate and cookies and cream shakes. a must-try and a gem of Stockton!
