5 stars across!!! Michelle did an absolute FABULOUS job for our wedding!!!!! Everyone LOVED the way everything turned out. The hall was beautifully decorated and I loved how it turned out. Beyond my expectations!!! Michelle became a dear friend to us during and after our wedding. Such a sweet lady,very understanding and worked with us with everything!! She really knows her stuff and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Michelle did a beautiful surprise no special occasion bouquet for my wife . I just asked her to use whatever was fresh and the result sure was awesome Didn't cost much either and it was a huge bouquet . I know Michelle will be getting repeat business from me and also my wife's office where it was delivered and was a huge hit .

Michelle is the best! I know I left a review 2 months ago, but I had to leave another one because the arrangements she made were gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She capture everything I wanted and more. I wish to thank Michelle. I will definitely call them again when in need flowers in the valley. It is not easy to call a florists when you live a two hours away. Their customer service was outstanding. The flowers were unbelievably beautiful.

So after hearing some bad reviews from some of my co workers I decided to give this flower shop a chance, WHAT A MISTAKE. I called a couple weeks ago to place an order for a beautiful large flower arrangement for my mother in law, it was to be delivered to her house and my total was $150. Let me start off by saying they made one of the most UGLIEST flower arrangements I have ever seen in my life, it looked like a complete mess of dead flowers and bushes. My dog could of picked some flowers from my garden and arrange a waaaay better flower arrangement than the CRAP they did! I was so embarrassed when I went to my mother in laws to go see it. What a total rip off for $150! I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, a lady answered and she said she was the manager..WOW! one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered, totally not professional AT ALL! Very rude lady. I passed by the miracle mile a couple days ago and to my "surprise" they are closed down already, they haven't even been in business for 2 years! what would they expect when they sell overpriced hideous dead flowers,have horrible customer service and are very unprofessional. People like that should not open a business.

Placed an order online on a Saturday. The very same day, the funds were debited from my account. Spoke to someone at the shop on their next business day which was Tuesday, and they claimed they do not have a working website where online ordering can be done. Yet my money was non-refundable when they could not come even close to creating the same nearly $80 arrangement they advertised on their website. They then blamed Teleflora for not issuing my refund, as they stated they returned everything to Teleflora. I did not order from Teleflora mind you. I ordered from Michelle's Flower Cart. Upon speaking to Teleflora, they explained that this is not how business between them and flower shops work, and they told me that I need to take this to my bank as Fraud. I have sent emails and have been left without reply. I have also called on a few occasions, and I am always told, "I will call you back." It has now been 3 weeks. There has not been a call back from this flower shop. I will be handling this with my bank, as it seems this shop is refusing to admit that they ever debited my account nearly $80. The proof is in my statement Michelle's Flower Cart. Worst customer service I've experienced by a flower shop ever. I am very disappointed.

Hired this vendor for our event, and all I can say is STAY AWAY. Completely unprofessional! We payed for service to provide 20+ table centerpieces, several large floral pieces for decoration, sweetheart table florals, boutonnières and bouquets. We were specific on what we wanted and the vendor provided something completely different for flowers the day of. I had to have bridesmaids redo the bouquets literally 10 minutes before our event. I also DID NOT receive our large floral decorative pieces for the ceremony and DID NOT receive several table centerpieces including our sweetheart table the day of like we purchased. Absolute nightmare experience!

Picked this floral shop because it had several good reviews. The 2 ladies in the shop were very pleasant. I ordered a $65 bouquet--was told it would have a nice variety of flowers--including some roses and iris. This was to be a local delivery--the delivery charge was $24--????--most shops charge around $12. So total bill was $94.85. The flowers were being sent to my neighbor--so I had the opportunity to see the arrangement--what a sad, horribly disappointing bouquet. A lot of greenery, a few sprigs of flowers, and a few gerber daisies--NO roses, NO iris. Certainly NOT worth $65 ($94)----I had purchased a bouquet 3 times as nice at the farmers market for $12 !!!! So I called the shop the next day--just to let them know that I was disappointed---she assured me that the owner would call me back and they would do some kind of an adjustment. That was 6 days ago--I have never heard back.I would never use this florist again--total rip off.

Extremely disappointed by Michelle and her team. About a year ago, I was a frantic bride over whelmed by the cost of a wedding. I met Michelle at a local bridal fair, and I enjoyed her personality and arrangements. She sold me after our first encounter, and I paid a $200.00 deposit, to secure my date and for flower demonstrations. I was not convinced that Michelle understood what I envisioned. In November, she put together a flower demonstration that was last minute, and not the correct flowers. She even apologized and said she was busy because of the Christmas season. It should have been a read flag. Next, I asked her to include the cost of decorating the church into my proposal. It took her 2 months to get the numbers back. A second red flag. The final straw was when I was calling to confirm a final flower demonstration, 2 months before my wedding. The day before the scheduled date, the shop said they wanted to move it because the flowers they wanted to use were not available yet. I explained they should have called a month ago, or a week, and was upset for the last minute cancellation. I called on Monday to cancel my wedding flowers with her, and arranged to pick up my vases. Upon picking up my vases, I find out that the store is closing. Was she ever going to tell me her store was closing? Especially since she was going to do my wedding and the final cost was in the thousands! It was my mistake to leave the shop without working out an agreement on the $200 deposit, but she said she would get back to me. It has now been a month, and I have not herd back from her. I highly do not recommend Michelle's flower cart. Michelle, herself, provides terrible customer service. It is such a disappointment because she is so young and talented; with proper customer service and good business sense, she could have became a leading florist in Stockton.
