Mi Carniceria Prime Meat Market is a haven for meat lovers. Their selection is incredibly diverse, offering everything from oxtail to porterhouse to dry-aged New York steaks. The options were impressive. Lots from Harris Ranch!They also have a pretty impressive selection of specialty seasonings, some sauces and salsa. As for customer service, it was just okay. The gal working the front was very engaging and welcoming, just had no knowledge of anything. To answer my questions, she called a gentleman from the back. He seemed knowledgeable, just didn't speak English. Not a huge deal, just had to rely on the gal to interpret for us. Despite this, the quality and variety of their meat selection make Mi Carniceria Prime Meat Market worth a visit for anyone serious about their meat.

The meats are all very fresh and tasty! The guacasalsa is a must try and the fresh beans and corn tortillas are so good! Service is great!

Looking for beef soup bones. They try to up sell me bone marrow bones. Not cool!When I ask them if they know where find beef knuckles or beef soup bones. This is not a butcher shop or else they would have beef bones available. They had no idea or maybe they just did not want to help.

The quality of meat here is the best I've found in Modesto. I've been here at least a dozen times and I've purchased different cuts and types of meat--carne asada, bacon, riblettes, prepared chicken, and steaks. Each time, the flavor has been above and beyond! It's our favorite meat market in the valley.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional and polite. While was in, there was an extremely rude customer yelling and cussing at one of the workers and she handled herself perfectly.

This place is the best meat store I have been to in town. I have eaten at many many 5 star upscale restaurants and the meat here is quality. I go about two to three times a week and I live 45 min away. I have definitely gotten spoiled with this quality of meat. I've tried it all, ribeye, New York prime, the tomahawk, Wagyu, carne asada, as well as pastor. All I can say is YUMMM. Yes it can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. Thank you!!!!!!! The service is nice. It's quick and easy and they don't pressure you. The place is very clean and sanitary. It is completely organized!!!

The service at this spot wasn't good, and the quality of the wagyu beef also wasn't satisfactory. Also, the price for the carne asada was terrible. I understand that wagyu is expensive, but the price of the carne asada was still unacceptable. Although the place was nice, the ambiance wasn't enjoyable. I hope they improve service, especially considering the high prices they charge for carne asada. I don't hate the business; I respect them. As a consumer, Id just like to spread awareness before going. I thought this spot would be coo for me since it's close by, but my visit turned out to be disappointing. As a result, I prefer Cardenas, where I know they offer great service, reasonable meat prices, and a pleasant atmosphere
