Mevas Tacos & More

My sister and I did a lot of taste testing before going with Meva's Tacos and More. We hired her for my mom's 90th birthday party, and wow, did they deliver. The server, was right on time. Set-up was quick, and efficient. The smells from his grilling had us salivating. We had carne asada, chicken, and Al pastor. Everyone got served with plenty of condiments to choose from. My favorite was the cheese quesadillas. They were delish!! I highly recommend them. The owner is and was awesome , and VERY accommodating. We tried the food in Modesto but she delivered from Manteca. It saved me a trip going all the way to San Jose Oh, and her prices were reasonable...another plus.Kudos to the young man who was grilling in 100+ weather.

Mevas did a great job catering a party at our home. The food was high quality and prepared well. The meat was high quality, it didn't have a lot of gristle or fat. Fabian was a pleasure to work with and had a great attitude. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough great things about Meva Tacos and More. We have now had them for 3 events and the service, food, and customer service were nothing but AMAZING!!! The food was always amazing where people couldn't stop talking about it for days afterward. I guarantee if you book Mevas for your party you won't be disappointed and your guest will love you for it. Once they are done they clean each time, so it's just as clean as it was before. Highly recommend

We hired Mevas for my sisters bridal party and it was sooooo seamless! We are so thankful for Mevas and the ease of everything. Everyone loved the food and we are loving the leftovers too. We also appreciated that the rice and beans are both not animal based. These made it easy for our non meat eaters and helped with party planning as well. We will definitely use Mevas Tacos again! Thank you !

Eva and her team catered a celebration of life for us this past weekend for 100 guests. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience!She was very responsive right from the start. She provided specific details on what items we would get. Scheduling and confirmation were very smooth and well done. She and her team showed up right on time and set everything up, so all we had to do was uncover the containers and enjoy. The hot food was hot, the cold fixings and salsas were cold, and everything was absolutely delicious. So many of our guest raved about the food, and several asked for Mevas contact info and/or Facebook page.Thank you Eva for helping to make this very important day even more special!

I've been fortunate enough to enjoy Mevas on numerous occasions. My go to was always the humongous Carne asada burrito or a Carne asada quesadilla. I'm super sensitive to spices and heat from chilies, but Meva encouraged me to try outside of my comfort zone. I'm so glad I did! Her dishes are flavorful and delicious even without the heat (I simply can't do jalapenos), and the portions are generous. She offers all the extras (salsas, cabbage, jalapeños, and other stuff unknown to a wimp like me) you need if you want it hot and spicy. As far as I'm concerned, it's perfect without it.Just when I was convinced that the Chili Verde was my favorite, I had the green chicken enchiladas. Then I tried her ceviche, and now am torn between all the dishes I've had. I'm not a huge taco fan so I haven't tried them, but my significant other and our friends love them. What impresses me the most is Meva's passion for cooking delicious food. She truly enjoys what she does, and her main concern is that her customers enjoy her food. It's a family business, and they're all wonderful people.Thank you, Meva, for broadening my horizons! (P.S. I need to order some green chicken enchiladas to freeze!)

Mevas Tacos is quality, authentic, and absolutely delicious. We ordered catering for my son's birthday. Chicken, pastor, and Carne asada tacos. Along with cheese enchiladas, quesadillas, and a fresh salad. Guests were highly impressed with the flavor. The owner was responsive from the start and delivered our food packaged neatly and with care. I will definitely order again for my next event. I wish Mevas had a footprint in the San jose area.

I attended the grand opening on 10/01 @ Shasta Park ... I ordered and the lady stated it would take 10-15minutes for my order ( x1 Super Burrito) I wanted carne asada but she than said they only had chicken , pork and chorizo... I was okay with that and ordered chicken... TWO AND A HALF HRS PASS BY my order still wasn't done ... I came back an additional 30mins later and she had the nerve to tell me They were out Burritos , only thing they had were quesadillas like wtf. . I traveled all the way from Stockton to attend and for them to just brush me off with no compensation or anything was beyond me ! Service isn't really good . Didn't even wanna give me the quesadilla for free ,even tho I sat around for almost 3Hours
