Messy Makers

My daughter absolutely loves this class! I'm not an artsy person myself, so it's been a great, developmentally appropriate way for me to expose my daughter to art. In the process, I've learned some things myself, and we now do art at home as well. I would and do recommend the messy makers class to anyone with toddlers.

My now almost 2 year old has been going to Amy's Messy Makers since she was just over a year old. She loves it! Amy's "class" has a great structure/format of free art exploration, a project, storytime and outdoor play time. I am admittedly not an artistic person nor am I inclined to facilitate messy art/projects at home so this is a perfect environment full of enriching activities and hands on creativity that I likely wouldn't have done myself. I've now signed up for 3 different semester of art class and am planning to continue. My older daughter has enjoyed it as well!

My toddler absolutely loves Art with Amy! She looks forward to class every week and is so proud of her creations. It's also great for me because I love having her so creative projects, but don't always have supplies or creativity (or the energy to set up and clean up!) for all the different activities they do. Amy is so great with the kids and has a lovely open air art studio and backyard.

My son Auggie absolutely loves his Messy Makers class with Amy! He has been attending once a week for the past year starting at 18 months. It is by far the highlight of his week and we love the adorable artwork we are able to take home and cherish.

Such a fun experience for the little ones! My 2 year old has been coming since the beginning of the year and always looks forward to the class. Love that the kids can get messy and be creative and there's no clean up for mom (haha!). Class is structured with a 3 stations at the beginning (play doh, dot markers, painting), then a group project, followed by a snack and story. Amy has a great back yard for art and a trampoline for play afterwards. It's a great activity to do with your kids.

We love Art with Amy! My 18 month old and I go to her Messy Makers class and have a wonderful time. It's set in her beautiful backyard and feels age appropriate. There's not too much structure for little ones, and a focus on exploring and having fun.

Our son has been doing art with Amy for several months now and loves it!! It's a great activity. Our nanny takes him and we literally always talk about how paint class days are our favorites because the photos we get are so great - the kids look so happy and like they're having so much fun. highly recommend!
