Aunt Melia have a very good instinct, very good communicator and the right person to trust for your home and part of the family friends for life. YES! I would refer her to all of my co-worker, friends and family.I was introduce to her by my aunt and uncle. It was roughly 20yrs ago that my aunt and uncle sold their house in Union City. They were using Aunt Melia as their realtor, ever since then Aunt Melia always been a part of the family friends. Last November (2020) my then fiancé and I were looking to buy a house that we can build our future and dreams together. Long behold, I knew that my parents, aunt and uncle would suggest to reach Aunt Melia and ask her to help us find the right house for us. I already have a good feeling about Aunt Melia and it was a no brainer decision to make. Aunt Melia and her son Justin which is a great duo of family, they went out of their way to help us look for a house in Sacramento area (which is totally out of her way and out of her areas of specialty which is bayarea). She told us that since she helped our family 20yrs ago she would help us today, considering that she's family friends. Long story short, we went back to bayarea because it's closer to family and area like San Ramon have a great schools (that was Aunt Melia suggestions in the first place) and finally found a home in San Ramon. Aunt Melia and I have always been on the same page, whether it was the offer that we should put for the house, the inspections, if it was the right house and other things. I know that Aunt Melia put a lot of time and work to help us find the right home. We are ecstatic that we got the house ( vs 11 other offers). It took us little less than 5 months to get the house that was just perfect for our little family. I'm very appreciative, great full and blessed to have known people such as Aunt Melia, Om Andy and Justin.They are the RIGHT Team to be trusted!!

Our first-time home buying experience was amazing and one of our memorable experiences! Melia thoroughly explained to us the whole home buying process and was very insightful especially when we have rookie questions. We had 2 prospect homes and Melia took care of scheduling the in-person house viewing due to shelter-in-place. Luckily, these houses were right in front of each other. We initially had our eye on house #1 and we made an initial offer the next day. After having some discussions with Melia, we decided to pursue house #2 instead, so we made an offer later that day. What made us change our mind? This is where we relied on Melia's expertise; she explained to us the pros and cons of each house. Being a first-time homebuyer, we cannot easily see the upgrades/additions on these houses unless pointed to us. We are really grateful that Melia shared this information with us and it led us to the home that was best for us. She also advised us on what's the reasonable price to offer given the current market condition and impact of COVID-19 to buyers and sellers. She dealt with the listing agent even if it's late at night and closely monitored our offer. Ultimately, our offer got accepted the next day!! The best thing about this process is our offer was below the listing price (and the appraised value); another proof of Melia's expertise in this industry! Melia regularly updated us on the process and she took care of dealing with listing agent with regards to clearing contingencies and other inquiries that we had about the house and certain documents. We would always hop on a call to go through each document; she would explain each document to make sure we were making informed decisions. The entire process of viewing the houses and closing escrow took 1 month which was really really great! It has been 3 days since we moved into our new home and Melia is still checking in to make sure we are settling good.

We recently worked with Melia and Andy to purchase a home in San Ramon. We met Melia as we were looking at a house where she was the listing agent. We did not make an offer on that house but ended up asking Melia to represent us in the purchase of a different home! We did not get the house on the first try as we were not the sellers first choice. However, the first buyer fell through and because of Melia's persistence we were able to get our offer accepted before the house went back on the market. Subsequent to our offer being accepted our loan process took quite a few unexpected turns and we ended up having to ask for multiple extensions beyond the initial escrow period.
