Masonic Center of Modesto

First of all, let me be upfront and say I am a member of this Masonic Lodge and have been for decades. I have found it to be a wonderful organization focused on the welfare of the community. Through the efforts of our group many people from all walks of life are supported and lifted up.

Rented one of their rooms for a baby shower. They were very nice and accommodating. The prices was fair. The room itself was perfect for what we wanted. We had a great time. I highly recommend. They also have a commercial kitchen and a BBQ area outside that you can rent.

This is a great location for an event. I have attended several Crab Feeds at this location and they all have turned out great. There is plenty of parking and the kitchen is probably the best in Modesto. It has a dining hall that can seat 200 comfortably. This would be a good choice.

The Masonic Center of Modesto is a spacious and confortable hall. It has an excellent commercial kitchen with all the accouterments--multiple ovens, large commercial refridgerator, commercial dish washer, etc.--for a big feast. The center also has other meeting rooms for ceremonies and gatherings. The building has been recently painted, and the grounds are well-kept. The outside has ample parking for guests and a picnic/barbecue area. I certainly wholeheartedly recommend this place for nearly any event.

DON'T rent this hall !!!! I rented this hall for an event and everything was fine until the DJ starts playing the first song and the fuse blows off !!! Had to wait for some to come and fix it .. then I was told I would have time after the party to clean but the staff practically kicked us out ... not allowing us to clean hens the letter I later received accusing me and my family of stealing toilet paper when there wasn't enough to binging with .. I was told not to use glitter and I didn't but was also accused of doing that .. all this to keep my $500 deposit!!!!! I reached out to the person in charge to at least be heard but she didn't even acknowledge my call ....so disappointed and sad .... all I can say Karma is a b... !!!!!

PMZ has our monthly meetings and I know of some other Real Estate organizations that hold their meetings here. The staff is very friendly and the space is quite comfortable. I would recommend for any type of office or organizational type gathering.
