Very quick, responsive, on time, Car was clean, driver was nice, courteous, and drove very responsible. Easy to deal with, price was very fair. I would highly recommend this service.

Called to get a price for myself and my fiancee and three sedated cats in carriers. She wanted to put them in the trunk of her hatchback, where they would not be buckled in or at least held in a human's lap. That also means that if she stopped too suddenly, even at no fault of her own, my cats would shift around unsafely. Cats are not luggage. They are also irreplaceable--unlike luggage.MaryLou's reply shows that she was not paying attention TO the call. I said I was bringing myself, my fiancee, three sedated cats in carriers, one suitcase, two backpacks, and my purse.I would ask Ms. Lou if she wants to see my airline ticket for my checked bag (the backpacks are carry-ons and not charged), however I'm not going to go further with this Tet-a-tet. I would caution anyone taking this service to perhaps find another taxi or shuttle service. Even if it's more expensive, it's worth it to deal with a professional.

She was extremely late, almost missed the train. She had no meter running, for a less than 3 mile trip that I normally pay $7 +tip to an uber driver, she charged my husband $29.00. Beware! I'll definitely remind him to take uber next time!

Our transportation to Sacramento airport fell through last minute (4 days before Christmas) so we called Mary Lou's. She accommodated us and picked us up within 30 minutes. She even gave us a amazing flat rate for paying cash. During the crazy hustle of the holidays Mary Lou's was the one taxi service that came through for us. Best taxi service in area ! Wonderful service , safe , clean and helpful . We needed a ride home from the Stockton airport to Lodi and they saved our lives , we fit 2 large adults , 2 handicap seniors , luggage a walker and a small wheelchair .... Our driver was great came and picked us up we where in a jam with no way to get home ... i cant say enough great things about them . Definitely recommend

I had used ML AACTC service a couple of years back and was highly pleased, but, now, I will have to drive all the way to SFO airport to take my wife to her flight later this month. Like a previous yelper, I have tried numerous times to reach Mary Lu at her listed number, all just to listen to a recording, saying, "This number does not accept incoming calls."If she is going out of business due to Uber and Lyft, then at least pay your customers the courtesy of notifying us and by removing your service from Yelp.
