STOCKTON'S BEST MEXICAN SEAFOOD TRUCK!!!All I can say is Wow! I learned of this place over a year ago but didn't try it until recently. It is on on MLK Blvd (Charter Way) West of Pep Boys in the gas station lot. Someone recommended the AMBULANCIA...raw and cooked shrimp, crab, and octopus in a juice that you can drink. I asked why do they call it the ambulance and he said because it is to die for and you'll need to call the ambulance to bring you back to life! I don't know if that is the real reason but it is So true. It comes in the cocktail juice that is the best I ever had, I swear you can just have the juice as a drink. It is full of raw and cooked shrimp, some crab and some octopus. And it is huge, almost like it is an infinity pool, you think you'll never stop pulling shrimp out of the cup. The shrimp are big and the small pieces of octopus are not chewey at all. I've introduced it to many people and they have become believers as well. Jose, who works at the truck is really friendly. His English is limited but he understands enough. Don't be intimidated by the location, I've never had a problem there. It is a gem and you have to try it. I think I'll go see Jose today! Ambulancia!!!

The best Mexican seafood in town , everything I've had here is good and fresh , they serve large portions and the service is good!

So let me start by saying yes this is a taco truck but they have some of the best seafood ever I had a friend recently buy me a plate the mandilona and it was extra spicy just the way I like it lots of shrimp octopus crab meat yes it was invitation but the way that they haven't shredded and everything season it was beyond compare to anything else I've had so far please come and have a mandilona extra spicy

My cousin wants to go here every time she's in town she put me on and omg BEST MANDILONA ever they give you hella too. So filling and flavorful if you are craving mariscos definitely recommend them they're always friendly food is always fresh too.

I'm just gunna start this one off by saying totally worth the drive so if your in the area it's a NO BRAINER to stop by. The workers were nice! I got 2 tostadas de ceviche de camarón and a aguachile. I thought the 2 tostadas wasn't going to fill me up but boy was I wrong they were very well served. The aguachile was fantastic I would definitely be back great people great food what more do you want and need. Right next to the gas station if you don't got cash atm is in there.
