Marine Service Center

I am trying to find a place that can work on 2017 Yamaha Jet boat. The person who took the call was very pleasant and said she would have Andy call back. Andy called and we talked about YDS 1.33 and the newer version diagnostic software. He was extremely friendly and shared his knowledge. They cannot work on my boat however if they had the expertise for your boat, I would take it there.

Great service, only fixed what was broken and didn't try to up sell or fix something that wasn't needed. Earning a customer's trust is hard, I trust these guys after my first experience.

You want EXCEPTIONAL service and experience then go to MARINE SERVICE CENTER. You will not be disappointed. I am a second year boat owner of a 18 ft Bluewater Eagle. My first year was a very expensive and frustrating lesson after lesson because I choose a HORRIBLE mechanic. Thank goodness he is out of business. Fast Forward to the present- Marine Service Center is NIGHT and DAY from my recent. experience. Customer service is top notch, experience is awesome and they have something that is lost in today's world- COMMON SENSE. Andy and Sharon really EDUCATED me about my boat and what is truly needed and what is fluff. I am very pleased with the service I received. If you go anywhere else- you will pay more and get less.

I've brought my boat here twice for service/repair and I've received exceptional service each time. They check everything thoroughly, and although nothing about the upkeep of a boat is "cheap", I feel very confident that with MSC it's money well spent. Their rates are very fair. They do quality work and provide excellent customer service both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend them to resolve any boat issues you may have.

Let's start with some background on myself before I share my experience with Marine Service Center. I've gone boating for years and within the last year I decided to make my own purchase. While navigating and handling the boat on the water was not a concern the proper maintenance and service was a huge concern. I purchased a 2008 Sea Ray 210 select 350 mag MPI DST with a smart craft system. The boat had 96 hours when I brought the it home and my first decision was to find a proper service center that I can work with to do all the testing to ensure it's in good operating condition (I know I should have done it before the purchase but we loved the vessel). I called to schedule an appointment and spoke to Sharon she was very pleasant and setup a time and date that worked for me. During my first drop off I noticed they had allot of boats that they actively were servicing. Sharon meet me in the parking area with my paperwork. Asked what I wanted to get checked and advised me that the boat is close to the 100 hour mark and should go through a through tune up/service. I agreed left the boat with Marine Service Center. A few days later I got a call from Andy who advised me of some of the tests that they are going to conduct and what was going to get changed and replaced. After walking me through the work he gave me a cost and I authorized it and ended the conversation. A week later I was called the boats ready went in to pick it up they gave me all the test results and let me know I was good for the season. The experience was amazing my 2016 summer was great! I also had Marine Service Center winterize and summerize for 2017. During our first trip of 2017 we ran into an issue with the boat (minor issue) Sharon got us in quickly and I had constant communication with Andy on status of the repair and they got me back on the water as quickly as they could. Needless to say every time I call it's like I'm calling distant family. They treat there customers with respect and are very knowledgeable on what they do. I HIGHLY recommend Marine Service Center - they have earned a customs for life by simply offering good customer service and customer experience.

This is the second time I used this company to service my guide boats. In our world you can spend lots of money for service and still get poor service. This is from a person with many years of boat ownership. The owner and employees are excellent and thorough in their work. The owner Andy is pleasant honest and does what is expected and beyond. I cannot say enough about the work they've done for me. I do fishing seminars during the year and anyone can call me regarding their service or come hear me at any of my seminars regarding my experience. If you want your boat done right take it to this Marine Service Center. They are reliable and priced great.

Oh these guys are the best!! I called as our boat broke down on the lake and there 1st appointment was the middle of July. I went over what happened and so I made the appointment but called some other shops. They ended up calling me back they had a cancellation and to bring the boat in the next day. I was shocked. I figured our boating season was over for us. Nope not with these guys. It took 1 week since they had to order parts. We are so grateful to them that they got us in and had us back on the water a week later. They were so honest and no hidden fees. These guys are seriously the best. We are so glad we found them since we didn't have a boat repair shop yet since we moved. Thank you thank you thank you. You guys Rock!!

Constant communication, honest and candid feedback on what should or should not be done, and extremely helpful, especially for a first time boat owner such as myself. I am a customer for life because of the incredible customer centric focus Marine Service Center has. Boats are expensive and it's great to have a shop that acts like a partner, getting your boat in reliable, tip-top shape, without trying to sell you on services you don't need. Don't go anywhere else than Marine Service Center!!!!
