AWARENESS:After purchasing my 5th Wheel earlier this year, I noticed, when attached to my truck, the nose of the 5th Wheel was approximately 7 inches too high from my trucks bed. I had several solutions to correct the issue; the first was to have the 5th Wheels king pin box raised up and the second, have have my trucks hitch rails lowered (flush mounted) to the bed of the truck. These two fixes would lower my trailers cap approximately 6 inches overall. When asking friends of a good place to have my trucks hitch done, Manteca Truck Accessories came up from each friend.NARRATIVE:Before my visit, I called ahead and explained my issue to Louis. He scheduled my appointment and a few days later, I took my truck in. After looking at my trucks hitch mounting, Louis told me they had several ways to drop the hitch. One was mounting an after market rail system which the manufacture offered. The other was to change out the hitch entirely which to me, wasn't an option.While still with Louis, he made numerous phone calls to the manufacture without luck. He also made calls to some of his other business partners who also count help. In fact, those people kept directing Louis back to my hitches manufacture for the answers.After about an hour with no luck on the phone calls, Louis told me he would email the company in hopes of getting a response and sent me home on his promise to find the solution.As I got on the freeway headed back home, I received a call from Louis telling me the manufacture called him back. He Asked about the parts needed. Was advised the company did have the parts but, they had to be ordered. Louis then set me up for a future appointment date but told me, he would call before the date with the cost of the parts and his labor.A fews days before my next appointment, Louis kept his promise and called me back. He gave me the price of the parts with the labor cost and asked if I wanted him to continue the work. I agreed and later dropped my truck off for service.SCENE:Manteca Truck Accessories is located in the city of Manteca on N. Main Street. The major cross streets are; W. Edison Street and W. Louise Ave.EVIDENCE:As you can see by the before and after pictures of my trucks 5th wheel hitch, the work performed was solid, well thought out and clean. From what Louis told me, one of the securing bolts was too hard to reach so, they actually had to drop the frame in order to secure the rails. RECOMMENDATION(S):I had no issues with the work Louis or his guys at Manteca Truck Accessories performed. In fact, I really appreciate the "above and beyond" Louis did finding the answers and keeping me informed about the solution. Well done!

Good old customer service! I came in to get a new cover for the bed of my husbands truck. When I initially called I got Louie on the phone. He was helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. I went in that afternoon to order the cover.Again Louie helped me and made sure we had the right make and model and part number. I was surprised that he only asked for a deposit to order the parts. Most places, especially when they don't know you, ask for the entire amount up front. He ordered the part and said it would take a couple of days.Louie called me in a few days and we scheduled a time for me to bring in the truck.When I arrived I was greeted by Louis (his dad) and he was just as friendly. There were a couple of other guys in the office (Sorry I did not get everyone's name) but they were all friendly and nice.It was going to take about an hour, so I went for a walk and came back. The car was ready and Louis gave me a quick instruction on how to use the cover. I made the final payment and Louis put out his hand for a hand shake. I really appreciate this. Nowadays so many people forget little gestures that really mean a lot.Everyone here was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and funny. I really appreciated the old fashioned great service and the cover fits great.Thank you guys!

Louis and his team are great. Ordered a new Transfer Flow tank and then waited and waited for my new truck to be delivered. The best part was when it finally came in and I got the new tank installed. On time on budget and professionally installed by Manteca Truck Accessories. Thank you great job!

Hands down great customer service along with quality! Always go here to do any small welding item. Recently just took a 72 Chevy with diesel motor there to get the exhaust end looking better since it was falling apart. Told them briefly how I wanted it and they hit the nail on the head!!Will HIGHLY recommend this place based on every aspect. If the wait is long for something...there is a reason why, they get busy because of how professional they are.

I called them about wheel spacers they told me to come over so i drove 25 minutes when i got there i talked to mike he doesn't have enough knowledge about tje product couldnt give me any answers very unprofessional wasted my time and overpriced

Got my catalytic shield here installed and cat inverter welded together. Highly recommend due to great installation and professional service.

I needed to have the pads replaced on my steps and while I was there I inquired about brighter headlights. They recommended a set of leds and I said order them. Big difference in brightness and clarity. Can see a lot better at night. Thanks a lot Manteca Truck Accessories
