Poor management more focused on flipping the units for profit than making this a good place to live. Water main break issues put aside for cosmetic renovations. Needs new windows to block the constant noise but they've made no moves to replace them. Noisy neighborhood day and night due to street noise, tennis courts next door and HIGHLY active train tracks within a block from the complex. Inadequate parking leading to unsafe conditions in the lot. Unsecured from anyone entering from the street. Complex has junk everywhere. You can get better for your money elsewhere in town.
