This dealer has multiple listings on Craigslist for a 2004 Ford Escort XLT for sale. I used the "reply" link on Craigslist and sent a message there expressing interest and asking a couple questions. No response. Read their ad again and saw the number they say to text to, so sent the same message to that number...no response again. So I went to their website and filled out their online form and got a confirmation that it was sent. Again, 2 days later and still no response.One of the questions I asked was if they could send me some better pictures, as all of the ones in the posting and on their website are all very grainy and hard to see any real detail of condition of car.I guess all the below poor reviews about poor customer service are true if they can't even engage when someone is trying to buy one of their cars.

This was my first car, and I had submitted an application for a car a few days before I went to the actual business. But when I got there, I got to test drive the vehicle and right after I signed the paperwork, and headed home. This was about a week ago, and absolutely no problems so far. I know everyone has a different experience, but for me it was amazing.

Sales rep who helped me out was nice (forgot her name ‍), friendly & very straightforward the entire process & did find me a good deal based from my credit score. Car I purchased was a very low mileage vehicle with a pretty decent price. they gave me time to look around & didn't bother me like any other dealer ship or car lot. Totally recommending them to friends & relatives.

I'm not sure what to think about any used car lots in town, this one included. The two salespeople were friendly enough, with one telling me that it was a "no pressure zone", which is always good. The other told me that they have a website, and that the details are there.The cars looked fine but from all of the reviews of lots all over town, I suspect that 99.9% of the cars and trucks are bought at auction and couldn't be sold otherwise. That's a suspicion, not a fact. They seemed no different than anyone else in town, though.

Bought a used cargo van, good buy nice people helpful and paid cash for a better price. I had a problem with the van and they fixed it a couple of weeks later , I appreciated their help.

This review was back in 2014 but I left it in the wrong business now updating it to keep anyone from this ripoff place...... This is the worst place to buy cars... i saw a 2002 dodge ram for $5,999 and i apply for a $3,000 loan because i was going to give $4,000 cash so i called that place i set up an appointment because i had to drive 2hr from where i live so everything was ok untill i got there they change the price to $6,999 i ask why they said we made a mistake i was like ok its alright then i check the dodge one door was damage inside dash board was 80% damage needed an alignment a clicking sound in the steering wheel so i tryed to make a deal with them and they said i can only give you $200 off i was like not worth it so i check the car fax and the dodge was in a collision i didnt say anything then i check the paper work that they send to the bank and they put the same price $5,999 so they were selling it to me for $6,999 i ask for an explanation they said it was a mistake so they made the same mistake 2 times i said you guys are lying they got mad and kicked me out!!! So be careful stay away from this place!!

Honestly I got a car from this dealership on November 7th 2023 I purchased a 2017 ford fusion and it's trash it has a rear main seal leak it has a valve cover gasket leak and a crack shaft pulley leak Also they do called gave me new motor mounts well turns out the bottom mount is blown out The car needed new tiresAlso both axles are broken and an axle seal is damage Aswell My car is throw code p0300 for misfire This is by far the worst shady place to deal with. Do not go to then I took my car to ford dealership in Manteca and they said they gave me a car with a lot of issues. Don't do business with the Manteca auto land at all. They r lairs and shady punks. They took my car to a mechanic shop in Modesto called MTZ Transmission shop and they are best friends and he quotes my car is fine..... 3400$ to fix it all at the dealership.
