This complex is horrible!! Management will flat out lie to you regarding conversations or request that you made just to cover their own ass. It's pet friendly which is great, but no one picks up after their pets there pet waste all over the lawns ( well make that patches of lawn) and also the walkways. Watch wear you step!! We couldn't even take our dog for walks around the complex without coming back with ticks. Also they say they have breed restrictions, well let's say there are many pits in the complex, so be careful if you have little dogs. The apartments themselves are cheap, they say upgraded but there is nothing upgraded about them. Carpet is super thin and very little pad under. They say wood floors but it's just vinyl floors that look like wood. Bathrooms are tiny with mold and mildew issues. As for the grounds, when we first moved in they were ok but once the new management took over it went downhill. Pool areas and the pools themselves or dirty and not maintained well, the gym smells nasty all the time. Lastly at least 3-4 times a week you will see and hear people yelling and fighting, I guess that was free entertainment.

I've lived here for almost 2 years in a 1bedroom, 710 sq ft.Rent was $1199Deposit $500Pet Deposit $500Utilities about $50-65Pet Rent: $35/monthlyLease renewal:Rent is now: $1269OVERPRICEDPROS: Location. Decent space considering the sq ft.CONS: Overpriced for the 1 bedroom. Management and staff suck. When we first moved in, the front receptionist Veronica, sucked. She literally always made us go in circles when we confirmed with her several times of our rent, and then all of a sudden we'd get a notice on our door saying we owed a certain amount. Frustrating to say the least having to deal with her. Then they switched property manager and front desk receptionists. I really liked Christina, she was super nice and very prompt but I haven't seen her lately when I've dropped off my rent so I can assume she's left. But right now, the manager and the front desk receptionist that's current, are unprofessional in so many ways. They never answer their phones, and when they do, they never get back to you even when they say they will. I've had handful of times where I've been treated and spoken to in ways I shouldn't have been especially considering they're in the customer service field, so you'd assume it'd go hand in hand but it instead goes over their heads. They give you attitude and speak condescendingly even if you're not giving that tone to them. When it comes to fixing basic stuff such as fixing the nail on the flooring, or screen door, etc. around the apartment, the maintenance guy is prompt within the next business day. I had 1 incident where our fridge/freezer went out on a Friday night, called the emergency maintenance number and he didn't see the urgency especially since I have a baby who takes milk. Following Monday, I went to the office to talk to the manager and they didn't replace my appliance until Tuesday. And they didn't reimburse me my food either which I had just grocery shopped. Their walls are thin, anytime someone closes their door, your own door slams back too. The stairs are super nosy and some tenants aren't even aware of their heavy footing. This will be my last year living here since I just signed my year lease and thank god. This place sucks. I'm sure once I move out that I won't see much of my deposit since I've read from previous tenants that they screw you over for it but as long as I can say sayonara to this place once my lease is over. In conclusion, yes the location is convenient but management and staff isn't up to par. Find another apartment complex that offers more at a better price if you're lucky.

The office staff is the worst I've experienced. They are not accommodating, communicative or responsive when reaching out with a concern. The grounds are kept nice and clean, but I would not move back there solely based on the lack of quality. The manager never answers her calls, or returns them. She is impolite, talks over you, and her staff has fallen into the same pattern. I was told once my first late fee would be waived, and they still posted letters on my door until I finally paid it. I'm happy to be rid of this place.

The new Management is welcomed! At first there was transition and it made me sad to see how people weren't understanding. The girls in the office are kind, caring and really go the extra mile. Knowing the would be closed for Christmas they hand delivered all our packages just so we wouldn't miss out on our gifts. Things are fixed fast now, and I'm sorry but the previous post must be mistaken as I had utilities on my bill and someone is always at the front counter ready to help. I love the change.

I'm currently residing in one of their one bed room floor plans.-Rent $1225-Deposit 1 month of rent depending on credit and lease history.-Trash/sewege/ shared about $45-55 monthly.-Pet deposit $500 first pet, $250 for second, etc-Pet rent $35/pet a monthThin walls, you can hear your neighbors flushing, showering, talking, etc. The Jacuzzi/pool area is poorly maintained. The Jacuzzi doesn't work 90 percent of the time, the pool is always visible of dirt, bugs, and debris. There are no available restrooms by the pool. The pet rent is higher than others $35/per pet monthly for cats in my case. I only had a cat temporarily (2 months) so we'll see if I get my deposit back. There are a lot of bugs, I don't know how they're getting in because I have sprayed potential entry points and keep my windows closed. Mold is prevalent, as I mentioned I keep my windows closed and mold keeps building up around my windows. The new washers they installed (mid way through the lease) don't fit so you can't close the washer/dryer doors. The new toilets they installed (mid way through the lease) require multiple flushes and retains stains very easily. The outlets are very loose. Finally, if there's a patio above you which I think all the units do except may be the 3rd floor be prepared to keep sweeping dirt, bugs, leaves and clean a lot of spider webs over and over again.This is not an exaggerated review, it's my experience living in this complex.You decide if you think it's worth the money you'll potentially be paying.Good luck on finding a place worth your money around this area:).
