We had Lindsey for our day of coordinator at the OSM. Lindsay was great and kept in contact with us the entire time for our wedding and answered any questions we had. Even with some hiccups in the final plan as far as spelling with some of the names she was able to quickly fix everything and made our wedding super smooth which put us at ease. Thank you again Lindsey for making our special day run so smooth.

I cannot recommend Lindsey and Magnolia Avenue Events more! She went above and beyond all expectations that we had. I had a lot of DIY ideas and random, non-traditional ideas that I kept dreaming up, and she ran with them and helped make sure they all came together in a cohesive way. She made sure my wedding looked like my pinterest dreams!

We worked with Lindsey for the essential coordination package for our wedding planning and we couldn't be more grateful for all her help and support! Wedding planning is definitely stressful and she truly allowed us to enjoy our day to the fullest. She gave us a great list of local vendors to work with and was always there when we had questions out of the blue. We also rented some items from her sister company Getting Hitched Rentals, which was a huge life saver during the process while we worked out the final details. She was so helpful in overseeing the setup and organization on the day of the wedding, we felt confident leaving the details in her hands and she made everything look beautiful. Could not recommend her enough!!

Due to COVID, my husband and I had to postpone our wedding from May 2020 to September 2020. We had hired a day-of coordinator, but she was no longer available on our new date. Our venue owner recommended that we reach out to Lindsey at Magnolia Avenue Events. Lindsey had coordinated a wedding at our venue last year and our venue owner really loved her. I was hoping she'd be available on our new date. When I reached out to her, she responded very quickly and we were so excited that she was available! We booked her right away. From my first phone meeting with Lindsey, I knew she was a great fit for us. I'm a very organized person and I love to plan, so being able to let go and trust someone else to do it for me on my wedding day so I can relax and enjoy every minute of it was important to me. I completely put my trust in Lindsey and she did a great job! When we decided to downsize our guest list, she offered to meet with me and our venue owner to discuss ideas. I really appreciated her input and we ended up coming up with an idea that turned out to be a dream of mine... farmhouse tables!! Any hurdle we crossed, she was there to help us talk it out and come up with a plan. Even though we booked her for just her day-of coordinator services, she does so much more and goes above and beyond! Her communication is awesome as well, which I appreciated. A month before the wedding, Lindsey met us at our venue to discuss layout, timeline, details, etc. What I really loved is Lindsey contacted all of our vendors after that meeting and sent them all a pre-production plan, venue layout, vendor contact list, and timeline. Then, about a week before the wedding, she spoke to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and sent them all a final production plan. The planner in me was overjoyed by this!Lindsey ran our rehearsal the day before the wedding so we could work out any kinks. When she arrived on our wedding day, she came ready to make sure the day was perfect for us. She stayed until the last vendor left that evening. During the wedding, she made sure all vendors were on the same page and made sure we stuck to the timeline. It was very organized and I felt so relaxed.I could go on and on about Lindsey, but bottom line is she's wonderful and you will be so happy you hired her as your day-of coordinator (or wedding planner if you need more help)!

Lindsey did a fantastic job! although she was booked as our "day of coordinator" she helped all along the way leading up to the day. She made sure all the vendors were contacted and had the information they needed. She took care of the things that I really had no clue needed to be done.Then when the day came I felt so at peace because of the way she handled things from the moment we arrived. She took care of any and everything and was just a text message away from coming to the rescue. She sorted out any and all hick-ups and I didn't even know about them till days later when my MOH filled me in. She truly made sure my day came together like I had imagined and it went off without a hitch!!Could not recommend more!!!

Lindsey made our big day seamless and we felt so well taken care of. She and her team offered so much support leading up to the day of coordination - super accessible and available to answer our questions. We did a backyard wedding and she even came over twice to help us create the perfect layout for everything. She provided great vendor recommendations, created a detailed floor plan, and really helped everyone feel ready and comfortable for the ceremony. When we ran out of ice she even went to the store to pick more up - above and beyond! What I loved the most was that Lindsey also took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. Thank you Lindsey for everything, it allowed our whole family to be fully present and soak up the beautiful celebration.
