This business owner is a disrespectful,, dishonest, angry man. He has a contract with the Wilmington, Ohio police department for first to call pick up. He has zero compassion or empathy for owners of cars. He is threatening when you disagree with him. Stay clear of this business.

They have a tow truck driver name Robert worst guy to deal with can't even return his calls back or voicemails. Kept on giving me the runaround from day one about the towing job. Would not recommend this company nor use them ever again!

After my husband woke up to a flat tire falling off the rim, we called AAA to come and change the tire. After 3 hours and a hundred calls, AAA decided they wouldn't even change our tire because our registration sticker had been stolen. Even though we HAD registration from DMV to show it was up to date, and even though we were NOT towing the car, AAA's "diamond service" forced us to tow our car to get the tire fixed. Thank GOD FOR MAD DOG TOWING!! Not only did Debbie get a driver out to us fast and for a GREAT price, Mark our Tow truck driver was funny, and got my husband to Richardson's for a new tire and a radiator flush. Thank you so much Mad Dog for making a difficult day easier! We WILL use this service again!

I needed a tow from a few miles from Stockton to a friends house, a retired mechanic who works on older model cars like my 450 SL Mercedes.I called the friend who gave me the number of this company. He said he had dealt with them before & said they are ok. I called & a tow truck was dispatched. They arrived & within a few minutes, my MB was on it's way. The price was reasonable. I paid cash, but I believe they take credit cards.

Most Shady lying company I ever had to deal with don't trust anything they say there word don't mean anything

I called to get information on a vehicle that I received a stored notice about. I spoke to the "manager" Beth; extremely rude. She answered the phone at 12:32; didn't even let me explain and said "if this is for a car; call back in 30 minutes, I'm at lunch." Why would she pick up the phone if she's at lunch. First time dealing with them and the encounter from the manager was horrible, can't imagine the remaining staff if it's being ran by her. I would never do business with them.

My insurance claim agent for a tow called 10 locations, unable to find me a tow. So I called Mad Dog...because of location and a cool company name. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged a tow. Winston was on site under 30 minutes and offered a hand to assess, to ensure quality service. He was able to get car in gear to safely move and in place for tow hook up. Winston is a knowledgeable employee, demonstrated safety, care for my vehicle, and a cool down to earth individual.Mad Dog Towing is my go too towing company. They came through in pinch, very affordable, and quality service. Thank you MDT!Ed

I have used Mad Dog Towing 4 times this year (2023) to jump my car battery. The owner or his son showed up within a half hour every time and were very cordial and helpful. I mentioned that Auto Zone had given me the OK earlier as far as testing the battery. The son tested and gave me an OK on the alternator. It was noted by my neighbor who initially tried to jump the battery but failed that it was loose and tightened up a bolt later after the son from Mad Dog Towing and he discussed it.. I am hoping that solves the problem. If not, I have Mad Dog Towing on speed dial! Thank you Mad Dog Towing. ...Michal Taylor

Had them tow a car and they dropped it off of their trailer and broke the entire front end, and terrible customer service

Worst experience ever! Was on 99 with my wife and kids and broke down it was raining and we where 2 miles from a service company. He came out and said it would be 250 dollars since I dont have a roadside plan? He was rude and cussed in front of my kids. Dont even waste your time call someone else
