MAC Cosmetics at Stockton's Sherwood Mall Macy's

The girl who helped me tried many different lip liners until we found exactly what I was looking for.

Not the best counter I've been to but after searching for one lip liner that no one seemed to have in Sac, I was able to find it here. I got the last chestnut lip liner to go with my stone lip stick . Although it was such an annoyance to get some help ( only one guy working ) I'm just really glad they had what I needed . They seemed to have a lot of everything so that was good to know ! Since Sacramento is considered a big city now, it seems so many things are hard to come by . First yeezys and now makeup ? Oh well, come to Stockton's Mac counter located in Macy's if you need something you can't find anywhere else .

I was there several times now, and it only occurred to me that the ladies (and gents) who work at this MAC counter seems to be too busy to do anything. One time, they said hi and that "someone" will be there to help me, but for some reason, no one is helping me. Why do they have to take their breaks together? I was there just yesterday and when i first arrived, only 2 people were working. After their break, however, there were 5.... uhm? and the girl who DID help me, kept trying to rush me by pushing me towards their MAC event in March. While scanning my stuff, she'd go on about how she would like to be there at the event where we can have an hour help with the make-up artists, but can't because she's working that day... I had no comment.... what makes her think she's good enough for that event if she can't even help me with my "questions and concerns" ? What a joke.This place is only for those who know what they want. Otherwise, go somewhere else and get your MAC cosmetics. TERRIBLE service.

Joel Garcia and Betsy were Awesome. I exchanged my used lipstick container for new ones and Joel notice I still had lipstick in them so he scooped it out put it in another container for me. very professional thank you Joel and Betsy

I came here on Monday to check out the eye shadows and asked Yizela if she could do a smokey eye demo on me. She was very attentive to the detail I was looking for; she was very nice and professional. She did an AMAZING Job on my eye makeup! Without asking, she started to contour and highlight my face, she is seriously so talented, nice and helpful! I highly recommend going to her for your makeup needs! Also, never done a yelp review, she is the first one. Just thought she is so great at what she does, she deserves a review!

I love MAC cosmetics. I've been a loyal customer for decades. I spend a lot of money on makeup and I hate Stockton so MAC is one of the places I frequent at least once a week. That being said I am very sad that all the regular girls are gone. The one Mgr Nicole used to be soooo nice. She'd fill in my brows and recommended great items. I was a regular... whelp now they are too busy to fill in my brows and excuse me I spend at least 100 and I literally don't have anything else to buy right now. You'd think they'd still recognize I'm a loyal customer and happily fill in my brows NOPE too busy and their service level is not what I'm used to from MAC at all. Just another example of the poor customer service out here. If anyone knows where Nicole went please let me know. I'll gladly follow her wherever she's working now. Service is everything

I honestly have never seen such rude, ignorant, make-up associates before. I was in-town for my boyfriend and I need to purchase make-up for my mom. I was standing at the counter & it took them awhile for them to notice me since they were busy chatting amongst another. Once they did, they helped me but it was some half-assed crap. The foundation that I needed seemed to be 'out of stock' and it took the WHOLE damn crew just to give me that answer. Usually, when there is a Macy's that has something not in stock.. they would refer me and find me a location that would right away or even offer to order it for me. I didn't receive that treatment here. I decided to ask them myself if they know any other stores that would carry that particular foundation. I got a response of shrugged shoulder and an "I don't know." I thanked them anyways but I wanted to just call them STUPID cus why are you even working there if you don't know anything?! If it's an emergency.. I would go here.. but if I'm not.. I'm sticking to my hometown in Sacramento where Macy's delivers excellent and accommodating service.

Awful. Had my makeup done here for a spring formal and it was just terrible. Makeup artist made it look like a three year old did my makeup. Also made me pay $100 worth of product, also matched my foundation inaccurately. As if this wasn't enough she spilled makeup on my dress and tried to clean it with some kind of oil based cleanser. ZERO STARS. Never shopping here or getting makeup done here again.

Ok so I read alot of these reviews. THEY explain on phone when u schedule appt & they reiterate when u arrive !! You have a artist but they are still responsible for the counter and that's been there policy for at least ten years. With that being said never go if ur crunched for time all the women and the Male stylist have been good to me. If ur in a rush. Google search for places that can provide ur 1 on 1 service. Geez.

Macy's at these location offers me credit at 12 months no interest first bill they charge me interest I called customer service they said we will fixed it never did my payment due date is on 28th just find out they changed it to the 25 th now they charged me late fees what a company they lucky there's no - starts otherwise I will rate them-------20
