The owner, Maurice, is a really great guy and went to school at Le Cordon Bleu. He's talented, personable, and should have his own big brick and mortar. I'd go there weekly if he had his own restaurant, and I rarely go out. His ribs are amazing. His French dips are perfect. He's about to start doing prime rib weekly at a local spot, and I can't wait to try it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The tasting with Maurice went so well. We hired him to cater our wedding, but when I asked him to provide proof of being an insured caterer, he tried to provide single day special event insurance, which is not what I asked for. He insisted I pay for it, which I refused, but he bought it anyway. When I refused to pay for it, he went around me and texted my fiance asking him to get me in line, which was the last straw. That night, we sent an email terminating the agreement, and requesting 75% of our deposit be returned to us, per the contract. Maurice refused to refund it, claiming without ANY proof that it was "not refundable" even when we asked him to state in the contract where it says that. He finally stopped ALL communication. We then asked him to select a mediator to settle the dispute, which is also written into his contract. He refused to reply. So we filed a Small Claims case against him. At trial, we won the claim, and he still refuses to pay us what we're legally owed. We're having to take further legal action in an attempt to get our money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The Food was cold and experience was horrible I wouldn't recommend the slightest bit.

I went to my friends wedding event and I was really disappointed by the quality of food that was served to me. They not only tasted bland, unseasoned, cold but also they brought out the food VERY SLOW !! WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 3 HOUR for a cold asparagus with 3 slice of beef ?? The waitress was very unprofessional without uniform and bad attitude. Not RECOMMENDED BOOKING FROM THIS CATERING
