Luu's Chicken Bowl

I was Rolling around Manteca !! When I saw Luu's Chicken Bowl!!!It was Perfect Timing Dinner Time!!!They have a Huge Parking Lot. So I rolled in with my Whip and had my Pick of Parking Spots !!! So I stashed my Whip and rolled in to Luu's !I was greeted by a Beautiful Asian Woman!!!She was the Cashier!!!I ordered a Beef and Chicken Teriyaki Combo and a Side of Hot Wings!!I Paid by Credit Card!!!!!!I grabbed a Table in their Down Low Dining Room and relaxed while I was Waiting for my Food!!!My Food was ready in 10 minutes !!!Portions were Good and Flavorful and Drinks come with Free Refills!!!!! I had a great Conversation with the Cute Cashier!!!Luus is a Family Owned Business!!!This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!!!!

I came here for lunch and order the 2 meat combo meat and chicken plate, the food was very plan and bland the tri tip was over cook and tuff to eat I'm sure others like it but not me, the chicken was ok I'll eat it but I'll probably won't be coming back to eat prices are ok but customer service was good. Overall the food was too bland and dry.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with extra chicken. The food smelled good but the building was heavily ran down both indoor and outdoor. Staff was stand off ish and almost shy. When my food came it was a bigger portion than I expected and the price was good. Sadly the chicken was way overcooked and it killed the entire meal. No amount of teriyaki sauce would fix it. Trust me I tried. It was edible, but there's so many better places out there. I won't be back.

Food is cooked fresh, great portions and the price is good. It's an older building, but I don't go there for e building , I go for the food It's worth a stop.

Last time I went there on (March lane ) they completely messed up my order chatged me for completed wrong meal and then refused to replace it with what paid for and order. Eventhough I never left the drive thru or moved fro. In front of the window. She just said sorry we'll get it right next time.

Went here yesterday. Hadn't been here in quite a while. Wanting something different. Decided to order placed my order to go. Was really disappointed. I ordered beef and pork with veggies only. My husband ordered chicken and beef veggies only. The pork was so dry it was like jerky. The beef wasn't much better! No sauce on anything. Told me grab sauce from counter. The container they give you is tiny so work to get what you can because they don't add any. Can't believe these are the same owners. I wont be returning after this 40.00 dollars was so disappointing

Just moved to Manteca, and was craving teriyaki chicken. Our friend who lives here brought me to order. And I enjoyed every bite I had. The ginger chicken was tasty. It was great to have a meal that tasted home made. Clean and friendly. The sauce / sides were great to pick once you got your food. Really enjoyed my food with the ginger and pickled veggies. Really brought out so much flavor.

We decided on Luu's Chicken Bowl after reading their reviews. We did see a sign that said no dining after 7:30, so we took it to go. We ordered their pork bowl and combination. The rice and vegetables (carrots and broccoli with cabbage) were a little past al dente, so for a 15 minute ride home, we thought it was good. The chicken and pork were dry and as first timers, we didn't know to ask for sauce. In fairness, perhaps it was the last of the day's offerings (they were closing in 30 min). They did have a steady flow of customers that appeared to be regulars, so they have built a fan base.

Decent place if your really hungry. Stopped by here a few months ago. We ordered 2 teriyaki chicken bowls. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait long despite how many people were there. Food was pretty good. The teriyaki chicken was not dry but it seems to be dry the next day though.

Been here a few times and it's pretty consistent. I always get a teriyaki chicken bowl and it always tastes good. I like that the chicken is not overly salty, it's not dry, and that they don't put sauce on it so you can make it how you like. They have a station to fill up lil containers of sauces.I like to call ahead so my order is ready when I get there. They are pretty fast.
