Lunas tacos

First time here today. His first time open on Sunday too. Had the asada tacos. I think these are my favorite asada tacos I've ever had. Homemade corn tortillas too!!!!!I will definitely be coming back to Lunas! Also very very good customer service. Best taco truck I've been to in a while!Will be back to try more!

Wow, are we blown away!! We have driven past their Lunch Truck several times in the past few weeks. As of 2/15/2025, It is parked on Thornton (East side) just south of Eight Mile Road starting at Noon until 9pm (I believe daily). Today was our first visit (we saw the reviews were stellar!) and we absolutely love their tacos pollo, both mild & spicy tacos! The owner made our tortillas before our eyes! They were scrumptious! The chicken appears to be white meat, SO fresh and the chunks are so very moist, tender and delicious! Cilantro and onions were divine as was the wedge of fresh lime and slices of radish that accompanied our tacos. We will likely stop by often as we were blown away at how delicious and fresh the food is, and how friendly and courteous the owner is. A great asset to Bear Creek District in Stockton! Missing in my photos are the fresh sliced radishes because I devoured them before taking photos. YUM!

Incredibly kind people, tasty & great food. Nice & simple while still delicious & reasonably priced. I got 2 carne asada tacos & my brother got a burrito, with a lil bag of the spicy veggies. Can't wait to be back! *cash/venmo/cash app only*

On a road-trip and needed somewhere to stop off to eat. Plenty of chain restaurants in the area but wanted to support something local - so glad I did! Ordered the Asada Super tacos for $3 each. They were amazing! The guy working the food truck was super nice so I'm happy that I could support. I highly recommend and will definitely be back when I'm passing through!

Delicious food! Victor is very friendly and can whip up delicious food. Our favorite is the nachos with El Pastor!

Fire. Tried for the first time, we had to come back later on and get more.worth the wait. not that it took too long.It had that genuine flavor. everything thrown on there had good balance.tried their lengua & tripa tacos, & asada torta.. would've believed it was ribeye steak or some haha Handmade tortillas very friendly and definitely our new fave

Review is strictly off of the tacos - too much cinnamon or nutmeg in the flavor of the meat. asada is wayyyyy too chunky not sure if it was even asada or some other random cut of beef. sauces and tortillia was decent

Amazing!! Their mild salsa is so delish and flavorful. More important... MORE IMPORTANTLY... the Torta!!! I should have taken a pic but I was way to impatient to try it. Chipotle Mayo, beans, your meat grilled with onions and cheese, and a guacamole dressing! No other place makes it this way! Sadly they have to leave trinity because for whatever reason food trucks are not allowed in our neighborhood. Which breaks my gears because ALL the good food is made in these! But for real, I'm writing this review while I am still eating because yes, it is that good and they deserve it! Also, the owners are super and nice and fun. I love it when you can joke around with people! Don't sit on this food!

I'm super picky with food and like to stick to places and trucks I already know but Lunas tacos was so good that I now drive 20 mins to eat from this truck. The burritos here is super juicy and tender.
