Luka's Restaurant & Bar

We stopped there for a late lunch. My wife had a chicken/avecado sandwich and i had the meatball sub. They were gigantic! We could only eat half of each. Chips were tasty thick slices of potatoes. Service was excellent. Will eatthere again

Beautiful little restaurant in the heart of downtown Jackson. The ambiance was nice with the exposed brick. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated right away. Our server was quick to greet us and take our drink order. My husband ordered a spicy cucumber margarita and I had the Guava Martini. Both were delicious. We ordered a cup of the spicy sausage clam chowder and the strawberry feta salad to share. The soup was amazing! Just spicy and thick enough. The salad was rather bland with the balsamic dressing so we asked for some blue cheese dressing - that's a no lol. It was like creamy mayonnaise with some blue cheese thrown in. The lunch filled us up but wasn't the greatest. Not sure if we would go back.

I've been here about three times and my experience has always been very positive. The staff are friendly, and the food is good. Not outstanding, but consistently good. First time, I had their Mac, and the other two times I tried their buffalo sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were pretty good but probably not as good as the Mac. The buffalo sandwich also tasted extremely similar the one at the Union. Maybe a little bit spicier. They also have great chips and dip. Overall I would say Luka's is worth checking out but be aware that they have relatively high prices.

Haven't been in Jackson for a long time. Stopped in at Luka's for lunch. It's a smaller place with a nice bar and about 12 or so tables. It's decorated very nicely and it was fairly crowded today. We were seated very quickly and were quickly greeted by our waitress Cynthia. The menu fairly extensive with apps, salads entrees etc. it's not cheap but it's not outrageous either. My wife ordered the Bison Burger and I had the Steak Sandwich. The portions are very generous and the food is absolutely yummy. Every dish that was walked past us spaghetti and meatballs, salads, etc looked amazing. Cynthia provided wonderful service. Very attentive and friendly. 5 Stars +

Absolutely love Luka's! Delicious food, nice atmosphere (love the exposed brick), & service is always 10/10! I have yet to be disappointed with my choice of meal & drink!

When I walked in and smelled garlic, I knew this was the place for me! The food was amazing, I had chicken pasta with creamy pesto, my dad had the portobello pasta and loved it. My daughter had a burger and said it was fantastic, my son had the pulled pork mac which I tasted and we loved it. My oldest son had Cajun pasta with a steak and shrimp. He really loved it (he usually brings his left overs him and forgets them in the fridge, he is currently sitting and eating them. He never does that. The service was great! I can't wait to go back. Sorry, I did not take any pics!

I took my Dad there for his birthday lunch. Everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The food was good, the atmosphere was charming and the service was on point. The prices were reasonable. The staff was really good with dealing with my two children's requests. I feel like they're an absolute gem of a find in Jackson and will try to work them into rotation whenever we're in the area.

Our second time there and it was great again. Ambiance, food and service were great for our party of 16!!!

I arrived in Jackson dead tired and hungry. After checking in to the motel, I went to Luka's to get a light dinner before an early bed. I ordered the wedge salad with an 8oz. New York The service was adequate. The waitress was professional but the hostess looked new at the job and wasn't quite up to par.My food arrived promptly and was delicious. It's hard to cook a small steak to any doneness but well, but they managed it and had flake salt on top. The salad was beautiful, a split romaine with all the fixins' one would expect on a wedge. It didn't come with any bread so I had to order that separately and late but it came right out warmed.It was the best thing I had to eat on my weekend trip. I'll be back. Don't hesitate to give it a try.

My wife and I have been there a couple times now and it does not disappoint. The seafood linguini was awesome.
