I've used this florist before as I send my Mom flowers for various occasions and I am in a different city than her. Most of the time I don't really care that the arrangement matches a photo on their site, but in this case, the arrangement was picked by my daughter for its pretty peach and purple colors. The arrangement delivered is NOTHING like the picture. Why have pictures of you aren't going to at least try to stay in the range of the picture. You should just offer florist choice for online orders. Not a single rose in this arrangement and instead filled with stargazer lilys. Super frustrated and at over $100 not even the same pretty lavender vase. So disappointing. The flowers look fresh and they delivered (tried to- she wasn't home) on time. Hence three stars for at least that. But seriously take off the photos if the real arrangement will look nothing like the one ordered.

Stopped by this place twice to try and order a bouquet of flowers. First time was told to come back because the person who handles orders was out and second time the guy couldn't find the booklet to show me example's of what they could make. Who ever he was on the phone told him they didn't have pictures and that they wouldn't be back for 2 hours.

Yeah so I ordered a corsage for my daughter's prom. 2 roses w/baby's breath, and some ribbon = $49. Asked around and was told that's kinda the norm. Arrived to pickup and it was a single rose corsage. Yeah that's not worth $49. She checked the order and saw the mistake and said she would add the missing rose. I told her I had to pickup something else so I'd go to give her some time.I thought she was going to redo it to center both flowers. Nope. Just attached the missing 2nd rose to the side. Definitely not worth $49. Should've just bought roses from Safeway and watched YouTube videos to do it myself. Not ordering from these guys again.Oh and when I first called, I asked about some the designs and their website and she had no clue. Kept saying they don't have that or they don't do that.

I wanted to say what a beautiful job the florist did on my Mothers flowers for her Funeral. They were delivered on wed 2/23 Cherokee memorial. The coffin spray was absolutely beautiful. It had about 30 red roses & about 10 white rose with the greenery. We also purchased 4 standing sprays but only got pictures of 3. We were very pleased with the design and were what we asked for and more. I will highly recommend to my family & friends. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangements.o

Super over priced 25 roses not even in bouquet nothing just wrapped in it's packaging was $75 that's super over priced only bought cause I needed it for a funeral could'nt find them anywhere will never shop here again Costco has a lot of bouquets for $15

Decided to order a last minute bouquet on a SUNDAY and Lucy's flower was more than amazing fulfilling my order last minute. My twin sister was feeling homesick and I quickly found this shop online. Called up the shop placed an order around 5pm and bouquet was delivered at 6:30pm. My twin sis was so surprised and in love with her bouquet. Thank you to the young lady who took my order last minute.

This is the best floral shop! I paid 30$ for a beautiful bouquet with flowers that are hard to find. I came in and also needed another bouquet and she made it quickly. I recommend everyone to come to this flower shop.

I ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral. It was absolutely gorgeous. They were very informative and had good customer service. I highly recommend them.
